【摘要】：綠道建設(shè)是維護(hù)區(qū)域生態(tài)文明建設(shè)、改善城鄉(xiāng)環(huán)境、促進(jìn)社會(huì)民生、帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的踐行方法之一。所以,建立一個(gè)指導(dǎo)性的方法對(duì)于加快我國(guó)縣域的發(fā)展步伐和規(guī)范性建設(shè)具有重大意義。隨著城市化的不斷發(fā)展,我國(guó)對(duì)于縣域綠道規(guī)劃和研究逐漸引起重視,但目前尚未建立適合縣域綠道規(guī)劃的方法,綠道建設(shè)中往往忽視縣域自身的特征,套襲省市域大城市綠道規(guī)劃的相關(guān)法規(guī)和導(dǎo)則,導(dǎo)致在實(shí)踐中出現(xiàn)與現(xiàn)狀條件相互矛盾,操作起來(lái)困難。基于以上原因,本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)綠道規(guī)劃理論案例的收集及具體綠道建設(shè)實(shí)踐案例的思考,根據(jù)全椒縣域發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),找出解決問(wèn)題的思路和途徑,試圖建立全椒縣綠道規(guī)劃綠道規(guī)劃的方法。通過(guò)對(duì)全椒縣規(guī)劃特點(diǎn)和存在問(wèn)題做了探討,歸納出全椒縣綠道規(guī)劃的構(gòu)思思路及規(guī)劃原則總結(jié)出其規(guī)劃的步驟,并對(duì)具體的選線因子、連接方法、配套設(shè)施等方法進(jìn)行介紹,運(yùn)用調(diào)查分析和綜合評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)縣域綠道規(guī)劃方法進(jìn)行綜合優(yōu)化。然后創(chuàng)新的采用因子疊加及以上方法對(duì)全椒縣綠道進(jìn)行總體規(guī)劃。本文主要研究的成果首先是以綠道相關(guān)的學(xué)習(xí)研究為基礎(chǔ),綜合創(chuàng)新的研究出綠道構(gòu)建思路,詳細(xì)的構(gòu)建出全椒綠道規(guī)劃的方法。并以安徽省對(duì)全椒縣綠道規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目為例,探討了這種方法在項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃過(guò)程中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,以期對(duì)改善縣域環(huán)境和提高居民生活品質(zhì),解決縣域人們?nèi)找嬖鲩L(zhǎng)的精神需求及對(duì)游憩健身生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的渴望及其他縣域城市對(duì)綠道規(guī)劃建設(shè)起到一定的借鑒和參考作用,同時(shí)也為綠道的規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供更多的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Green road construction is one of the practical methods to maintain the construction of regional ecological civilization, improve the urban and rural environment, promote the people's livelihood of society and promote economic development. It is of great significance to establish a guiding method for speeding up the pace of development and normative construction of the county area in China. With the continuous development of urbanization, the planning and research of the green road in the county area has gradually attracted attention in our country. However, there is not yet a suitable method for the planning of green roads in county areas. In the construction of green roads, the characteristics of county areas are often ignored, and the relevant regulations and guidelines of green road planning in big cities of provinces and cities are adopted. Because of the above reasons, this article through the collection of domestic and foreign green road planning theory cases and concrete green road construction practice cases thinking. According to the characteristics of the development of Quanjiao county, this paper finds out the ideas and ways to solve the problem, and tries to establish the method of planning green road planning of the green road in Quanjiao county, and discusses the characteristics and existing problems of the planning of Quanjiao county. Summed up the concept and planning principles of the green road planning of Quanjiao County summed up the planning process, and the specific line selection factors, connection methods, supporting facilities and other methods are introduced. The method of county green road planning is optimized by investigation, analysis and comprehensive evaluation. Then the overall planning of the green road in Quanjiao county is carried out by using factor superposition and the above method. The main research result of this paper is to use green in the first place. Based on the study of Tao-related learning. Comprehensive innovation of green road construction ideas, detailed construction of green pepper green road planning method. And Anhui Province to Quanjiao County green road planning project as an example, discussed the practical application of this method in the process of project planning. In order to improve the county environment and improve the quality of life of residents. To solve the growing spiritual needs of the county people and recreational fitness ecosystem desire and other county cities to green road planning and construction play a certain reference and reference role. At the same time also for the planning and construction of green roads to provide more direction of development.
