【摘要】:地埋管地源熱泵技術(shù)以其自身的節(jié)能和環(huán)保性在我國(guó)能源短缺和環(huán)境惡化的大背景下,引起人們?cè)絹?lái)越多的關(guān)注和重視。河北省是我國(guó)最早研究和應(yīng)用地埋管地源熱泵技術(shù)的地區(qū)之一,由于其氣候及水文地質(zhì)等條件比較適合地埋管地源熱泵應(yīng)用技術(shù)的發(fā)展,并且政府也出臺(tái)了相關(guān)的扶持政策,近幾年該技術(shù)在河北省的發(fā)展非常迅速,并且在一些地區(qū)已經(jīng)建成了典型的示范工程。 本文分析國(guó)內(nèi)外地埋管地源熱泵應(yīng)用技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合河北省內(nèi)地埋管地源熱泵技術(shù)的推廣發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,發(fā)現(xiàn)在對(duì)地埋管地源熱泵技術(shù)的大力推廣和應(yīng)用過(guò)程中,存在很多問(wèn)題。雖然地埋管地源熱泵應(yīng)用技術(shù)的相關(guān)理論研究方面已趨于成熟,但是在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析還甚少,由于實(shí)際案例建筑屬性、地質(zhì)情況、能源價(jià)格、政策引導(dǎo)等不同因素的影響,各地的地埋管地源熱泵系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)特性不盡相同,導(dǎo)致開(kāi)發(fā)商和業(yè)主對(duì)采用地埋管地源熱泵技術(shù)持觀望和謹(jǐn)慎的態(tài)度,這也是地埋管地源熱泵應(yīng)用技術(shù)在現(xiàn)實(shí)中推廣的最大障礙。 針對(duì)上述情況,本文在河北中南部地區(qū)選取了5個(gè)不同地質(zhì)構(gòu)造的地埋管地源熱泵系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目案例,介紹了系統(tǒng)節(jié)能性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析理論和方法,通過(guò)分析各個(gè)案例的初投資、年運(yùn)營(yíng)費(fèi)用等經(jīng)濟(jì)性構(gòu)成,對(duì)地埋管地源熱泵系統(tǒng)和空氣源熱泵系統(tǒng)及傳統(tǒng)中央空調(diào)供熱系統(tǒng)(冷水機(jī)組+集中供熱)的性能系數(shù)等節(jié)能性指標(biāo),投資增量的回收期(靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài))、動(dòng)態(tài)費(fèi)用年值等經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明地埋管地源熱泵系統(tǒng)相對(duì)其他兩種方案的節(jié)能和經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)巨大。同時(shí)計(jì)算了系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行年限內(nèi)地埋管地源熱泵系統(tǒng)相對(duì)于空氣源熱泵和傳統(tǒng)中央空調(diào)供熱系統(tǒng)少向環(huán)境中排放的污染物總量和總節(jié)省的運(yùn)營(yíng)總費(fèi)用。 最后總結(jié)了全文的主要內(nèi)容,,提出了案例節(jié)能和經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析計(jì)算的結(jié)論。并提出了有待進(jìn)一步研究的方向及本文的不足之處。希望本文可以對(duì)河北地區(qū)地埋管地源熱泵應(yīng)用技術(shù)的推廣有一定的促進(jìn)意義,為實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用提供一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)性參考。
[Abstract]:GSHP Technology with its energy saving and environmental protection in the background of China's energy shortage and environmental deterioration, attracted more and more attention. Hebei province is one of the earliest GSHP Technology Research and application of underground pipe of area of our country, due to the development of the climate and hydrogeological condition suitable for GSHP application technology, and the government also introduced the relevant supporting policies, in recent years the technology in Hebei province is developing very rapidly, and in some areas has built a typical demonstration project.
This paper analyzes the development situation of GSHP application technology at home and abroad to promote the development of the embedded, combining Hebei province mainland buried groundsource heat pump technology, found in the promotion and application of GSHP Technology, there are a lot of problems. Although the relevant theoretical research of ground source heat pump application technology of buried pipe has become mature however, the economic analysis in practical application is still very little, because of the actual case of building property, geological conditions, energy prices, effects of different factors such as policy guidance, economic characteristics of the GSHP system is not the same as the tube around the ground, leading to the developers and owners of the GSHP Technology and cautious wait-and-see this is the attitude, the biggest obstacle buried pipe application technology promotion of ground source heat pump in reality.
In view of the above situation, this article in the south central area of Hebei selected 5 different underground geological structure of GSHP systems project cases, introduces the system of energy conservation and economic analysis theory and method, through the analysis of each case of the initial investment, annual operating expenses such as economic structure, the GSHP system and air source the heat pump system and the traditional central air conditioning heating system (chiller plus heating) performance coefficient of energy saving index, payback period increment (static and dynamic), annual cost analyses of other economic indicators calculation. The results show that the GSHP system relative to the other two schemes of buried tube energy saving and economic advantages at the same time. The system operates huge mainland buried groundsource heat pump system relative to the traditional central air conditioning and air source heat pump heating system to calculate the emission of pollutants in the environment Total cost of total and total savings.
Finally, a summary of the whole thesis, put forward the case of energy conservation and economy analysis. The conclusion and put forward the shortcomings of the direction of further research and promotion of this paper. I hope this can be for Hebei area GSHP application technology has certain significance to promote economy, provide reference for practical engineering application.
