【摘要】:隨著生活品質的不斷提高,人們對室內熱舒適性的要求越來越高。商場作為大型的公共建筑,具有室內人流密度較大、各種熱源較多等特點,其室內熱舒適性已經引起社會的廣泛關注。舒適的室內環(huán)境不僅有利于人們的身心健康,,對商場而言也是提高服務質量、促進顧客消費的關鍵之一。中央空調作為商場調節(jié)室內熱環(huán)境的最主要手段,在為商場提供舒適的室內環(huán)境的同時,也產生了巨大的能耗。因此,如何在滿足商場室內熱舒適性的前提下實現空調系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能降耗是商場建筑節(jié)能工作開展的重點。 本文以廣州某大型綜合商場為研究對象,結合亞熱帶地區(qū)氣候特點,開展室內熱舒適性研究,通過建立商場室內熱舒適性模型,對室內溫度設定值進行了優(yōu)化。在此基礎上,以研究團隊實施的該商場空調末端精細化管理控制系統(tǒng)為平臺,從滿足室內熱舒適性的角度出發(fā)對商場空調末端系統(tǒng)進行了節(jié)能優(yōu)化控制策略研究,為實現滿足商場室內熱舒適性前提下的空調末端系統(tǒng)節(jié)能控制優(yōu)化提供工程應用依據。 本文主要的研究工作包括: (1)針對商場室內熱舒適性問題設計了現場調查方案,并以廣州某大型綜合商場為研究對象進行了現場問卷調查及環(huán)境參數測試,為商場熱舒適性模型的建立奠定基礎。 (2)在統(tǒng)計分析調查結果數據的基礎上,采用回歸分析的方法建立了商場的MTS模型和PMV模型,兩者的對比結果顯示后者由于沒有考慮亞熱帶地區(qū)人們的氣候適應性,其預測的熱感覺比現場問卷調查得到的MTS值要高,最后在MTS模型的基礎上建立了商場的氣候適應性模型。 (3)以商場空調末端系統(tǒng)為平臺進行了氣候適應性模型的應用研究,對商場室內溫度設定值進行了優(yōu)化,同時針對商場的大空間建筑結構,提出了以區(qū)域特征溫度替代回風溫度作為反饋值的空調末端控制策略;氣候適應性模型和區(qū)域特征溫度應用后的現場調查問卷結果顯示,商場室內熱舒適性得到了提高,舒適度從原來的56.1%提高到69.2%。 (4)在氣候適應性模型和區(qū)域特征溫度的應用研究基礎上,利用商場既有的空調末端控制系統(tǒng)對空調末端節(jié)能優(yōu)化控制策略進行研究,設計了“優(yōu)先考慮空調末端能耗”和“優(yōu)先考慮冷凍水泵能耗”兩種不同的控制策略,測試結果表明在前一種控制策略條件下,空調末端與冷凍水泵的總能耗比后者降低6.05%。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the quality of life, people have higher and higher requirements for indoor thermal comfort. As a large public building, shopping malls have the characteristics of large density of indoor flow of people, various heat sources and so on. The comfortable indoor environment is not only conducive to people's physical and mental health, but also to improve the quality of service. As the most important means to regulate the indoor thermal environment, central air conditioning provides a comfortable indoor environment for shopping malls, but also produces huge energy consumption. How to realize the energy saving and consumption reduction of air conditioning system under the premise of satisfying the indoor thermal comfort is the focus of building energy conservation in shopping malls. In this paper, a large-scale comprehensive shopping mall in Guangzhou as the research object, combined with the climate characteristics of subtropical areas, the indoor thermal comfort research, through the establishment of indoor thermal comfort model of shopping malls. On the basis of the optimization of indoor temperature setting, the research team implemented the air conditioning terminal fine management and control system as the platform. From the point of view of satisfying indoor thermal comfort, the energy saving optimization control strategy of air conditioning terminal system in shopping mall is studied. It provides engineering application basis for energy saving control optimization of air conditioning terminal system under the premise of satisfying indoor thermal comfort in shopping malls. The main research work of this paper includes: In order to solve the problem of indoor thermal comfort, a field investigation scheme was designed, and a questionnaire survey and environmental parameter test were carried out in a large comprehensive shopping mall in Guangzhou. It lays a foundation for the establishment of thermal comfort model of shopping malls. 2) based on the statistical analysis of the survey data, the MTS model and the PMV model of the shopping mall are established by using the method of regression analysis. The comparison between the two shows that the MTS of the latter is higher than that of the field questionnaire because it does not take into account the climate adaptability of people in the subtropical region. Finally, based on the MTS model, the climate adaptability model of shopping mall is established. 3) based on the air conditioning terminal system of shopping mall, the application of climate adaptability model is studied, and the indoor temperature setting value is optimized, at the same time, the large space building structure of shopping mall is optimized. A terminal control strategy of air conditioning system is proposed, in which the region characteristic temperature is used instead of the return air temperature as the feedback value. The results of the field survey after the application of climate adaptability model and regional characteristic temperature showed that the indoor thermal comfort of the shopping mall was improved from 56.1% to 69.2. 4) on the basis of climate adaptability model and application research of regional characteristic temperature, the energy saving optimization control strategy of air conditioning terminal is studied by using the existing air conditioning terminal control system in shopping malls. Two different control strategies are designed, which are "giving priority to air conditioning terminal energy consumption" and "giving priority to chilled water pump energy consumption". The test results show that under the former control strategy conditions. The total energy consumption of the air conditioning terminal and the refrigerated water pump is 6.05 lower than that of the latter.
