【摘要】：全球老齡化問題日益嚴(yán)重,很多發(fā)達(dá)國家都已摸索出了一條符合自己國家情況的養(yǎng)老發(fā)展路線,除了居家養(yǎng)老外,還有很多不同類型的養(yǎng)老住宅,但是這些產(chǎn)品不能完全照搬照抄,我們需要的是立足本國國情,做出符合中國老年人生活習(xí)慣和特征的老年住宅產(chǎn)品。“四二一”、“四二二”這種家庭模式,直接導(dǎo)致了年輕夫婦們無法兼顧工作與同時(shí)照顧四位老人,家庭負(fù)擔(dān)嚴(yán)重。社會分工專業(yè)化后,大量專業(yè)的養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,它擁有良好的居住環(huán)境和設(shè)施以及對老年人專業(yè)化的生活照料服務(wù)配套,完全可以取代家庭養(yǎng)老,能促進(jìn)社會和諧發(fā)展。 本文站在中國老年入的需求角度,試圖探索一種既具有居家養(yǎng)老氛圍又能享受專業(yè)管理的中國式養(yǎng)老道路,滿足老年人自然生理、社會心理和文化生活等的需求。 本文以老年住宅小區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)為研究對象,對老年住宅小區(qū)的特征進(jìn)行分析,以此為切入點(diǎn)得出其規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的控制要素及其表達(dá),提出規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)思路。通過良渚文化村隨園嘉樹老年住宅小區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)證,提出具體的解決方案和規(guī)劃措施。
[Abstract]:The problem of global aging is becoming more and more serious, many developed countries have found out a way to develop the old-age care in accordance with their own national conditions, in addition to home pension, there are many different types of old-age housing. However, these products can not be copied completely, what we need is based on the national conditions of our country, and we need to make the family model of "421" and "422" which accord with the living habits and characteristics of the elderly in China. As a direct result of the young couples can not take care of the work and care of the four old people at the same time, the family burden is serious. After the specialization of the social division of labor, a large number of professional pension institutions came into being. It has good living environment and facilities as well as professional care services for the elderly. It can completely replace the family pension and promote the harmonious development of the society. From the point of view of the needs of the elderly in China, this paper attempts to explore a Chinese way of providing for the aged, which not only has the atmosphere of providing for the aged at home but also can enjoy professional management, so as to satisfy the natural physiology of the elderly. The need for social, psychological, cultural, etc. In this paper, the characteristics of the planning and design of the elderly residential area as the research object, the characteristics of the elderly residential area analysis, as a breakthrough point of its planning and design control elements and their expression. Through the demonstration of the planning and design of Liangzhu Culture Village Suiyuanjiasu elderly Residential District, this paper puts forward the concrete solutions and planning measures.
