【摘要】：由于毛坯房的裝修存在很多問(wèn)題,國(guó)家正推進(jìn)精裝修成品房,但是目前市場(chǎng)上大部分的精裝成品房風(fēng)格千篇一律,無(wú)法滿足消費(fèi)者對(duì)個(gè)性化的追求,發(fā)展受到一定的限制,因此需要采用合理的方式推動(dòng)住宅裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展。本文將大規(guī)模定制的生產(chǎn)模式引入到住宅裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)中,提出在進(jìn)行大規(guī)模裝修的過(guò)程中要充分考慮到消費(fèi)者個(gè)性化和多樣化的需求,并按照住宅裝修的過(guò)程,系統(tǒng)研究了面向大規(guī)模定制的住宅裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)化實(shí)現(xiàn)體系。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下： (1)研究了住宅裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)和大規(guī)模定制的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。介紹了住宅裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)化、大規(guī)模定制以及面向大規(guī)模定制的住宅裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)化的相關(guān)理論。界定了全裝修住宅與住宅裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)化,總結(jié)了住宅裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)化的特征及制約因素,研究了大規(guī)模定制的內(nèi)涵和技術(shù)條件,分析了面向大規(guī)模定制的住宅裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)化的特征、約束條件及意義。 (2)研究了面向大規(guī)模定制的住宅裝修設(shè)計(jì)模式。首先提出將室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)前置,給出了實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)前置的五種方式；然后通過(guò)模塊化設(shè)計(jì)、BIM設(shè)計(jì)將客戶(hù)的個(gè)性化需求體現(xiàn)在設(shè)計(jì)中；最后引入精細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì),使設(shè)計(jì)能夠更貼近生活。 (3)研究了面向大規(guī)模定制的住宅裝修部品體系。介紹了裝修部品、裝修部品體系以及成套技術(shù)；研究了面向大規(guī)模定制的裝修部品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、集成化、接口技術(shù)；以及大規(guī)模定制的裝修部品的定制點(diǎn)后延、柔性生產(chǎn)、MRP II與J]T集成三種生產(chǎn)管理方式。 (4)研究了裝配式裝修的內(nèi)容,分析了面向大規(guī)模定制的住宅裝修各階段的施工過(guò)程。 (5)提出了兩種適合面向大規(guī)模定制的住宅裝修企業(yè)的形式——住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟和虛擬住宅企業(yè);構(gòu)建了企業(yè)的運(yùn)行平臺(tái),分析了企業(yè)的組織運(yùn)作過(guò)程,從市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)階段、裝修設(shè)計(jì)階段、制造與裝配階段、售后服務(wù)階段等對(duì)企業(yè)運(yùn)作過(guò)程進(jìn)行了分析。 (6)從開(kāi)發(fā)商、集成總包服務(wù)商、家居整體方案提供商三個(gè)不同角度對(duì)目前存在的產(chǎn)業(yè)化裝修模式進(jìn)行了探究。 大規(guī)模定制與住宅裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)合,能夠在節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境以及高質(zhì)量、高效率、低成本進(jìn)行住宅裝修的基礎(chǔ)上,提高大規(guī)模住宅裝修的個(gè)性化水平,滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的客戶(hù)個(gè)性化需求。
[Abstract]:Because the blank room decoration has a lot of problems, the country is promoting the refined decoration Chengpinfang, but currently on the market most of the hardcover finished real style pattern, unable to meet consumer demand for the pursuit of personalized development, subject to certain restrictions, so it is necessary to develop a reasonable way to promote the industrialization of residential decoration. The mass customization production mode into residential decoration industry, put forward in the process of large-scale renovation of the full consideration should be given to consumers personalized and diversified needs, and in accordance with the process of residential renovation, the system of mass customization oriented residential decoration industrialization system. The main contents are as follows:
(1) of the housing decoration industry and mass customization development at home and abroad. The residential decoration industrialization, theory of mass customization and mass customization oriented residential decoration industrialization. The definition of the residential renovation and decoration of residential industrialization, summarizes the features and constraints of residential decoration industrialization, research the mass customization of the connotation and technical conditions, analyzes the characteristics of mass customization for residential decoration industrialization, constraint conditions and significance.
(2) study of residential decoration design model for mass customization is introduced firstly. The interior design front, gives five ways of realizing the design of front-end; then through modular design, BIM design of the personalized needs of customers reflected in the design; finally the introduction of fine design, the design can be more close to life.
(3) research on the mass customization oriented residential decoration Bupin system. The decoration parts, decoration Bupin system and complete technology; standardization of decoration products for mass customization integration, interface technology and decoration products; mass customization customization delayed, flexible production. MRP II and J]T three kinds of integrated production management.
(4) the contents of assembly decoration are studied, and the construction process of various stages of residential decoration for mass customization is analyzed.
(5) put forward two kinds of suitable for mass customization enterprises in the form of residential housing decoration industry alliance and virtual residential enterprises; established the operation platform of enterprise, analyzes the organization operation process, from the marketing stage, decoration design, manufacture and assembly stage, customer service service stage has carried on the analysis to the enterprise the operation process.
(6) from the developer, the integrated total package service provider, the home overall scheme provider three different angles to present the existing industrialization decoration mode to carry on the inquiry.
The combination of mass customization and housing decoration industry can improve the personalized level of large-scale residential decoration and meet the growing needs of customers on the basis of resource saving, environmental protection, high quality, high efficiency and low cost housing renovation.
