【摘要】：集團(tuán)差旅費(fèi)的管控不嚴(yán)格是增加差旅支出的重要因素,需要制定科學(xué)的管控政策來(lái)降低企業(yè)的發(fā)展成本。本文主要探究集團(tuán)差旅費(fèi)的管控政策與實(shí)施,通過(guò)分析集團(tuán)差旅費(fèi)管控問(wèn)題,制定了嚴(yán)格的差旅費(fèi)計(jì)劃、控制差旅費(fèi)細(xì)則、與績(jī)效掛鉤以及運(yùn)用科技手段等措施,以期可以嚴(yán)格的控制企業(yè)的差旅費(fèi),降低企業(yè)的發(fā)展成本。
[Abstract]:Group travel is not strictly controlled is an important factor in increasing travel expenses, need to formulate scientific control policies to reduce the development costs of enterprises. This paper mainly probes into the control policy and implementation of group travel, through analyzing the management and control of group travel, making strict travel plan, controlling travel rules, linking with performance and using scientific and technological means, etc. In order to strictly control the travel costs of enterprises, reduce the development costs of enterprises.
