【摘要】：本文建立了一個(gè)出口企業(yè)面臨融資約束的壟斷競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型,模型中融資約束不會(huì)抑制企業(yè)的出口參與,卻迫使部分有能力進(jìn)行通常貿(mào)易的企業(yè)從事出口導(dǎo)向型貿(mào)易,進(jìn)而在提高企業(yè)出口密集度的同時(shí),降低出口企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)和平均生產(chǎn)率,抑制對(duì)外貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。該模型為企業(yè)"融資約束嚴(yán)重"與"出口貿(mào)易發(fā)達(dá)"并存等中國(guó)獨(dú)特的對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易現(xiàn)象提供了一定的理論解釋。隨后,本文利用世界銀行調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和中國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù),為理論模型的主要預(yù)測(cè)和運(yùn)行機(jī)制提供了穩(wěn)健的經(jīng)驗(yàn)證據(jù)。本文認(rèn)為改革出口導(dǎo)向型企業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策,進(jìn)而優(yōu)化企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品供給結(jié)構(gòu)是促進(jìn)中國(guó)出口企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的必要條件。
[Abstract]:This paper establishes a monopolistic competition model in which export enterprises face financing constraints. In the model, financing constraints do not inhibit the export participation of enterprises, but force some enterprises with the ability to conduct normal trade to engage in export-oriented trade. At the same time, the profit and average productivity of export enterprises are reduced, and the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade are restrained. The model provides a theoretical explanation for the unique phenomenon of China's foreign economic and trade, such as "serious financing constraints" and "developed export trade". Then, using the World Bank survey data and China Industrial Enterprise Bank data, this paper provides robust empirical evidence for the main prediction and operation mechanism of the theoretical model. This paper holds that reforming the industrial policy of export-oriented enterprises and optimizing their product supply structure are the necessary conditions to promote the transformation and upgrading of Chinese export enterprises.
