【摘要】：本文建立了一個出口企業(yè)面臨融資約束的壟斷競爭模型,模型中融資約束不會抑制企業(yè)的出口參與,卻迫使部分有能力進行通常貿(mào)易的企業(yè)從事出口導向型貿(mào)易,進而在提高企業(yè)出口密集度的同時,降低出口企業(yè)的利潤和平均生產(chǎn)率,抑制對外貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)型升級。該模型為企業(yè)"融資約束嚴重"與"出口貿(mào)易發(fā)達"并存等中國獨特的對外經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易現(xiàn)象提供了一定的理論解釋。隨后,本文利用世界銀行調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和中國工業(yè)企業(yè)庫數(shù)據(jù),為理論模型的主要預測和運行機制提供了穩(wěn)健的經(jīng)驗證據(jù)。本文認為改革出口導向型企業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策,進而優(yōu)化企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品供給結構是促進中國出口企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的必要條件。
[Abstract]:This paper establishes a monopolistic competition model in which export enterprises face financing constraints. In the model, financing constraints do not inhibit the export participation of enterprises, but force some enterprises with the ability to conduct normal trade to engage in export-oriented trade. At the same time, the profit and average productivity of export enterprises are reduced, and the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade are restrained. The model provides a theoretical explanation for the unique phenomenon of China's foreign economic and trade, such as "serious financing constraints" and "developed export trade". Then, using the World Bank survey data and China Industrial Enterprise Bank data, this paper provides robust empirical evidence for the main prediction and operation mechanism of the theoretical model. This paper holds that reforming the industrial policy of export-oriented enterprises and optimizing their product supply structure are the necessary conditions to promote the transformation and upgrading of Chinese export enterprises.
