【摘要】：正產(chǎn)融結(jié)合是指工商企業(yè)通過(guò)設(shè)立內(nèi)部金融機(jī)構(gòu)或參股外部金融機(jī)構(gòu)的方式,以促進(jìn)主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展為目的,而進(jìn)入金融領(lǐng)域的企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)行為。體制成熟與否是保障市場(chǎng)有效運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵因素,新興市場(chǎng)界于發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)體和發(fā)展初期的經(jīng)濟(jì)體之間,即存在必要的體制,為市場(chǎng)提供了發(fā)展空間,但其體制還不夠完善,從而造成市場(chǎng)失靈,這促進(jìn)了多元化企業(yè)的誕生。企業(yè)多元化是指企業(yè)在原主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)范圍以外的領(lǐng)域從事生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng),也包括企業(yè)進(jìn)入金融領(lǐng)
[Abstract]:The combination of production and finance refers to the business behavior of enterprises entering the financial field by setting up internal financial institutions or taking shares in external financial institutions in order to promote the development of the main business. Whether the system is mature or not is a key factor in ensuring the effective operation of the market. The emerging markets are between the developed economies and the economies in the early stages of development, that is, there is a necessary system that provides the market with room for development, but its system is not yet perfect. As a result, market failure, which promotes the birth of diversified enterprises. Enterprise diversification means that the enterprise is engaged in production and management activities in areas outside the scope of the original leading industry, including the entry of enterprises into the financial leadership.
