金融發(fā)展、企業(yè)控股權(quán)性質(zhì)與商業(yè)銀行長期信貸資金分配

【摘要】:由于歷史與現(xiàn)實的原因,中國東西部地區(qū)金融市場發(fā)育程度存在較大差異,從而對商業(yè)銀行長期信貸決策產(chǎn)生不同的影響。商業(yè)銀行在進行長期信貸資金分配時,除了關(guān)注企業(yè)的償債能力,也會把企業(yè)的控股權(quán)性質(zhì)作為考察指標,使不同產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)的企業(yè)面臨不同的融資約束。本研究表明,金融市場發(fā)育程度影響了商業(yè)銀行長期信貸決策,金融市場發(fā)展與銀行長期信貸資金配置之間呈負相關(guān)關(guān)系,即金融市場發(fā)展越完善,商業(yè)銀行提供的長期信貸資金比例越低;而產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)依然是影響銀行長期信貸資金決策的主要因素,非國有企業(yè)在獲取長期信貸資金方面面臨更多的約束。
[Abstract]:Because of the historical and realistic reasons, there is a big difference in the development of the financial market in the western part of China, which has different influence on the long-term credit decision of the commercial bank. In the long-term credit allocation, the commercial bank, in addition to paying attention to the debt-paying ability of the enterprise, will also take the stock-controlling property of the enterprise as an inspection index, so that the enterprises with different property rights can face different financing constraints. The research shows that the degree of financial market development has a negative correlation between the long-term credit decision-making of commercial banks, the development of financial market and the long-term credit fund allocation of the bank, that is, the more perfect the development of the financial market, the lower the long-term credit capital provided by the commercial banks; The property of the property is still the main factor that influences the long-term credit fund-making of the bank, and the non-state-owned enterprises face more constraints in the acquisition of long-term credit funds.
