[Abstract]:In the background of the rapid development of Internet technology, the online banking business has become the trend of the development of the banking industry by virtue of its advantages in many aspects such as cost and technology. Based on the analysis of the development history and the present situation of the online banking business of China's commercial banks, this paper points out the influence factors and the existing problems of the development of the core competitive power of the online banking of China's commercial banks through the analysis of the development of the banking business of China Merchants Bank. Through the development and comparison of the banking business of the China Merchants Bank and the HSBC Bank, we can use the security knowledge learning, the differentiation of the product service, the clear bank strategic planning, the cooperation mechanism with the e-commerce and the third-party payment enterprise, It is an effective way to improve the core competitiveness of the online banking of our commercial banks in such aspects as the perfect laws and regulations. This article is divided into 5 Chapter: Chapter 1 : Introduction. A brief overview of the background, meaning, content, and methods of the study, as well as possible innovation and not Foot. Chapter 2: Core Competition of Commercial Banks This chapter is a summary of the theory of force theory. This chapter is the origin of the concept of core competence and the main factors involved, and the relevant theoretical research on the "competitiveness", "core competitiveness", "the core competitiveness of commercial banks" and "Core competitiveness of online banking" at home and abroad is carried out. Chapter 3: The Development of the Core Competence of the Online Banking of China's Commercial Banks Based on the development history and the present situation of the core competitive power of the online banking of China's commercial banks, this paper takes the development and analysis of the online banking business of China Merchants Bank as an example, and analyzes the influencing factors of the development of the core competitive power of the online banking business of China's commercial banks.
