我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】:網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展的背景下,憑借其在成本、技術(shù)等諸多方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),已經(jīng)逐漸成為銀行業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。本文以我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀分析為基礎(chǔ),,通過(guò)對(duì)招商銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展分析,指出我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力發(fā)展的影響因素及其存在的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)招商銀行與匯豐銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展比較借鑒,從用戶(hù)使用安全知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)的差異化、明確的銀行戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、與電子商務(wù)和第三方支付企業(yè)的合作機(jī)制、完善的法律法規(guī)等方面提出提升我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效途徑。 本文一共分為5章: 第1章:導(dǎo)論。簡(jiǎn)要概述了本文的研究背景、意義、內(nèi)容和方法以及可能的創(chuàng)新和不足之處。 第2章:商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論綜述。這一章是闡述核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力概念的起源以及所包含的主導(dǎo)因素,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)于“競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”、“核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”、“商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”和“網(wǎng)上銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”的相關(guān)理論研究進(jìn)行了綜合整理。 第3章:我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力發(fā)展及其存在的問(wèn)題。以我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀為背景,以招商銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展分析為例,系統(tǒng)的分析了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力發(fā)展的影響因素及其存在的問(wèn)題。 第4章:中外商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力比較分析---以招商銀行與匯豐銀行的網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展為例。選擇匯豐銀行與招商銀行的網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,從內(nèi)外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力環(huán)節(jié)入手,比較中資銀行與外資銀行發(fā)展的差距,并借鑒外資銀行的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),更好的促進(jìn)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。 第5章:提升我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)銀業(yè)務(wù)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效途徑。分別從用戶(hù)使用安全知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)的差異化、明確的銀行戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、同電子商務(wù)和第三方支付企業(yè)的合作機(jī)制、完善的法律法規(guī)等方面提出提升我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效途徑。

[Abstract]:In the background of the rapid development of Internet technology, the online banking business has become the trend of the development of the banking industry by virtue of its advantages in many aspects such as cost and technology. Based on the analysis of the development history and the present situation of the online banking business of China's commercial banks, this paper points out the influence factors and the existing problems of the development of the core competitive power of the online banking of China's commercial banks through the analysis of the development of the banking business of China Merchants Bank. Through the development and comparison of the banking business of the China Merchants Bank and the HSBC Bank, we can use the security knowledge learning, the differentiation of the product service, the clear bank strategic planning, the cooperation mechanism with the e-commerce and the third-party payment enterprise, It is an effective way to improve the core competitiveness of the online banking of our commercial banks in such aspects as the perfect laws and regulations.
