【摘要】：伴隨世界經(jīng)濟全球一體化以及區(qū)域化的不斷深入，我國的區(qū)域協(xié)同合作戰(zhàn)略從理論到實踐逐漸升溫。深圳及香港作為珠三角以及聯(lián)接內(nèi)地與港澳的核心，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作既符合經(jīng)濟規(guī)律也是符合國家戰(zhàn)略意義的必須行為。香港在歷史條件、法制政策、市場環(huán)境、經(jīng)營能力方面都有著較強的引領(lǐng)能力，可以帶動整個區(qū)域向更高的層次發(fā)展，但是因為地域的影響，亟待開發(fā)廣闊的內(nèi)地市場；而深圳作為改革開放后最成功的經(jīng)濟特區(qū)，在高速發(fā)展后，正面臨著缺乏國際資本，需要提速經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的困難。因此，香港和深圳找尋到了推動彼此發(fā)展的動力，即必須應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢互補，將深港經(jīng)濟圈、深港一體化作為兩個城市未來發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。金融產(chǎn)業(yè)是深圳和香港的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)，，金融合作是深港經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)和催化劑。本文針對深港金融合作的歷史背景、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、制約因素、未來依托前海試驗區(qū)進行創(chuàng)新開發(fā)等內(nèi)容進行了系統(tǒng)的闡述，力求研究從哪些方面進一步加深兩地金融合作，才能更好的發(fā)揮雙方的能量，推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟更好更快的發(fā)展。

[Abstract]:With the deepening of the global integration and regionalization of the world economy, the strategy of regional coordination and cooperation in China is gradually heating up from theory to practice. Shenzhen and Hong Kong, as the core of the Pearl River Delta and connecting the mainland with Hong Kong and Macao, regional economic cooperation is not only in line with the economic law, but also in line with the national strategic significance of the necessary behavior. Hong Kong has a strong leading ability in historical conditions, legal policies, market environment and management ability, which can drive the whole region to a higher level of development, but because of the influence of the region, it is urgent to develop a broad mainland market. Shenzhen, as the most successful special economic zone after reform and opening up, is facing the difficulty of lacking international capital and speeding up economic transformation after rapid development. Therefore, Hong Kong and Shenzhen have found the driving force to promote each other's development, that is, we must apply complementary advantages and regard the integration of Shenzhen-Hong Kong economic circle and Shenzhen-Hong Kong as the goal of the future development of the two cities. Financial industry is a pillar industry in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and financial cooperation is the basis and catalyst for the economic development of Shenzhen and Hong Kong. This paper systematically expounds the historical background, development status and restrictive factors of Shenzhen-Hong Kong financial cooperation, and relies on Qianhai experimental area for innovation and development in the future, so as to study from which aspects to further deepen the financial cooperation between the two places in order to give full play to the energy of both sides and promote the better and faster development of regional economy.
