【摘要】：長(zhǎng)江三角洲地區(qū)是我國(guó)近年來經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展最快、最活躍的地區(qū)之一,也是我國(guó)引進(jìn)外商投資的主要聚集地，為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展提供了強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力，對(duì)中國(guó)其他地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到了很好的示范作用。長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)地理位置優(yōu)越，產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)雄厚，具有突出的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)，外商直接投資成為該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。然而FDI在推動(dòng)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速增長(zhǎng)的同時(shí)，也使整個(gè)地區(qū)的環(huán)境質(zhì)量面臨日趨惡化的巨大壓力；有研究表明長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的提高，將會(huì)加重整個(gè)地區(qū)的環(huán)境污染。具體地，大量的FDI的流入對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)二氧化碳排放會(huì)帶來怎樣的影響？FDI流入對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)二氧化碳排放到底是起到抑制作用還是推波助瀾的作用呢?探究FDI流入對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)碳排放的影響，對(duì)其未來進(jìn)一步低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及外資引進(jìn)政策的調(diào)整具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義，同時(shí)還關(guān)系著長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的順利轉(zhuǎn)型。 本文首先闡述了該選題的背景和研究意義，并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理，從理論上分析了對(duì)FDI與碳排放之間的關(guān)系，，為下面實(shí)證部分打好理論基礎(chǔ)。然后對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)利用外商直接投資以及碳排放的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了定性分析，并利用長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)兩省一市1995-2010年的相關(guān)面板數(shù)據(jù)從規(guī)模效應(yīng)、結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)和技術(shù)效應(yīng)三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，全面研究了FDI對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)碳排放的影響，得出結(jié)論：FDI對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)碳排放存在負(fù)的規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)以及正的技術(shù)效應(yīng)。最后，本文在理論分析和實(shí)證分析結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)的實(shí)際情況提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The Yangtze River Delta is one of the fastest and most active regions in China in recent years. It is also the main gathering place for the introduction of foreign investment in China, which provides a strong driving force for the rapid development of China's economy and plays a very good exemplary role in the economic development of other parts of China. The Yangtze River Delta region has superior geographical position, strong industrial foundation and outstanding comparative advantage. Foreign direct investment (FDI) has become the driving force of the rapid economic development in the region. However, while promoting the rapid economic growth of the Yangtze River Delta region, FDI also makes the environmental quality of the whole region face great pressure. Some studies have shown that the improvement of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta region will aggravate the environmental pollution of the whole region. Specifically, what is the impact of a large number of FDI inflows on carbon dioxide emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region? does FDI inflow inhibit or fuel carbon dioxide emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region? It is of great guiding significance to explore the influence of FDI inflow on carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region for the further development of low-carbon economy and the adjustment of foreign capital introduction policy in the future. At the same time, it is also related to the smooth transformation of economic development in the Yangtze River Delta region. This paper first expounds the background and significance of the topic, and combs the relevant literature at home and abroad, and theoretically analyzes the relationship between FDI and carbon emissions, which lays a good theoretical foundation for the following empirical parts. Then it makes a qualitative analysis of the current situation of foreign direct investment and carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region, and makes an empirical test from three aspects of scale effect, structure effect and technical effect by using the relevant panel data of two provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region from 1995 to 2010, and comprehensively studies the influence of FDI on carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region, and draws the conclusion that there is a negative scale of FDI on carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region. Structural effect and positive technical effect. Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, combined with the actual situation of the Yangtze River Delta region, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
