FDI對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)碳排放的影響研究
[Abstract]:The Yangtze River Delta is one of the fastest and most active regions in China in recent years. It is also the main gathering place for the introduction of foreign investment in China, which provides a strong driving force for the rapid development of China's economy and plays a very good exemplary role in the economic development of other parts of China. The Yangtze River Delta region has superior geographical position, strong industrial foundation and outstanding comparative advantage. Foreign direct investment (FDI) has become the driving force of the rapid economic development in the region. However, while promoting the rapid economic growth of the Yangtze River Delta region, FDI also makes the environmental quality of the whole region face great pressure. Some studies have shown that the improvement of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta region will aggravate the environmental pollution of the whole region. Specifically, what is the impact of a large number of FDI inflows on carbon dioxide emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region? does FDI inflow inhibit or fuel carbon dioxide emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region? It is of great guiding significance to explore the influence of FDI inflow on carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region for the further development of low-carbon economy and the adjustment of foreign capital introduction policy in the future. At the same time, it is also related to the smooth transformation of economic development in the Yangtze River Delta region. This paper first expounds the background and significance of the topic, and combs the relevant literature at home and abroad, and theoretically analyzes the relationship between FDI and carbon emissions, which lays a good theoretical foundation for the following empirical parts. Then it makes a qualitative analysis of the current situation of foreign direct investment and carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region, and makes an empirical test from three aspects of scale effect, structure effect and technical effect by using the relevant panel data of two provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region from 1995 to 2010, and comprehensively studies the influence of FDI on carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region, and draws the conclusion that there is a negative scale of FDI on carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region. Structural effect and positive technical effect. Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, combined with the actual situation of the Yangtze River Delta region, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
