【摘要】：通過(guò)分析居民、企業(yè)部門的通貨膨脹預(yù)期對(duì)消費(fèi)和投資的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)通貨膨脹預(yù)期對(duì)總需求具有影響,具有較強(qiáng)不確定性的通脹預(yù)期引起產(chǎn)出更為顯著波動(dòng),從而沖銷政策效果。低通貨膨脹引起的通脹預(yù)期對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的負(fù)面影響較小,通貨膨脹不穩(wěn)定性則誘使通脹預(yù)期不穩(wěn)定,并轉(zhuǎn)而引致經(jīng)濟(jì)劇烈波動(dòng)。為了更好實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期的貨幣政策效果,必須將通貨膨脹率控制在合理范圍內(nèi),尤其要努力避免惡性通貨膨脹的發(fā)生,由此中央銀行貨幣政策操作有必要選擇通貨膨脹目標(biāo),使政策對(duì)通貨膨脹預(yù)期產(chǎn)生"錨定"作用。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the impact of inflation expectations on consumption and investment in residents and enterprises, it is found that inflation expectations have an impact on total demand, and inflation expectations with strong uncertainty cause more significant fluctuations in output, thus offsetting policy effects. Inflation expectations caused by low inflation have little negative impact on the economy, while inflation instability leads to instability of inflation expectations and, in turn, to sharp fluctuations in the economy. In order to better realize the expected monetary policy effect, it is necessary to control the inflation rate within a reasonable range, especially to avoid the occurrence of hyperinflation. Therefore, it is necessary for the monetary policy operation of the central bank to choose the inflation target so that the policy can "anchor" inflation expectations.
