【摘要】：隨著近年來中國經(jīng)濟、社會的快速發(fā)展、人民幣持續(xù)升值以及國際金融危機對現(xiàn)行國際貨幣體系造成的沖擊，人民幣出現(xiàn)國際化趨勢。貨幣國際化是一國貨幣伴隨著該國經(jīng)濟的崛起，經(jīng)濟競爭力的提升，其貨幣職能和投融資職能，越出國境，，走向周邊，走向世界的過程。一國貨幣的國際化，會給該國帶來可觀的鑄幣稅、減少外匯儲備、提高資金使用效益和便于籌措資金等一系列的益處，也會增加抵抗外部沖擊的風(fēng)險能力。 人民幣國際化，其模式選擇尤為重要。通過參考其他國家和地區(qū)有關(guān)于貨幣國際化的經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)無疑會給人民幣國際化的路徑選擇帶來很大的啟示，其中尤以同處東亞地區(qū)的日本的經(jīng)驗，即日元的國際化過程最值得我們研究和關(guān)注，以便為人民幣國際化提供較為直觀有價值的參考。作為與中國同屬亞洲國家的日本，其經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展模式與目前中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的模式有著諸多的相似之處，因此極具參考價值。 如在日本經(jīng)濟恢復(fù)過程中，隨著經(jīng)濟的逐步發(fā)展，日本持有的外匯儲備不斷增加，因而日元承受了巨大的的升值壓力。又比如日本經(jīng)濟發(fā)展初期是以出口勞動密集型產(chǎn)品為主且隨著日本經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展，其不完善的經(jīng)濟制度、經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)所導(dǎo)致的各種問題日益凸顯。而這些與我國現(xiàn)階段的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和目前人民幣所面臨的問題極為相似，因而日元可以作為人民幣國際化的一個有價值的參考對象。本文試圖通過研究日元國際化的歷程和模式，同時結(jié)合世界經(jīng)濟格局的變化，從而總結(jié)得出對人民幣國際化的路徑啟示。 日元獨特的國際化模式是本文的主要研究內(nèi)容。首先通過分析整理美元、歐元等國際貨幣的國際化模式得出貨幣國際化的一般模式。再對日元國際化歷程進行回溯、對日元國際化主要脈絡(luò)的進行梳理，將之與一般貨幣國際化的模式進行對比，分析日元國際化的獨特模式，總結(jié)出日元國際化模式的優(yōu)點和弊端，從中得出經(jīng)驗及教訓(xùn)。而結(jié)合我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式和現(xiàn)狀，客觀科學(xué)地研究他國貨幣國際化路徑，對于我國貨幣國際化的路徑選擇有著重要異議。 文章的第一部分為引言。這一部分首先介紹了本文選題的背景以及重要現(xiàn)實意義，接下來是關(guān)于文章結(jié)構(gòu)與框架的簡要介紹，而針對本文的主要的創(chuàng)新之處與一些不足的闡述則放在最后的部分。接下來的一章是對貨幣國際化相關(guān)概念的總結(jié)與論述。首先對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者圍繞貨幣國際化、日元國際化問題的一些相關(guān)研究成果做了系統(tǒng)綜述。然后分析了現(xiàn)有國際貨幣如美元、歐元等的國際化模式，從功能、合作、空間三個維度得出了一國貨幣國際化的一般模式，在此基礎(chǔ)上，探索日元國際化模式。第三部分則是對日元國際化歷程的一個回顧，分為初始階段、發(fā)展階段和戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)換階段。第四部分通過分析日元國際化的相關(guān)事實，對照第二章得出的一國貨幣國際化的一般模式，分析日元國際化的模式選擇，得出了日元國際化的獨特模式雖然沒有取得在一般意義上的成功，但在很多方面還是有值得人民幣借鑒的結(jié)論。并總結(jié)了由其國際化的獨特模式導(dǎo)致的日元國際化遇到的困境及其深層原因。第五部分則簡要論述了日元為人民幣國際化模式選擇所提供的前車之鑒。
