【摘要】：以我國16家上市商業(yè)銀行為例,探尋銀行X效率對股東回報的作用機理。研究發(fā)現:提升我國商業(yè)銀行的X效率能夠有效改善股東回報能力;與技術進步相比,技術效率改進能夠更有力地解釋股東回報變化;技術效率的正向作用主要以純技術效率為傳導渠道,而與規(guī)模效率關系不大。簡言之,推動技術進步與純技術效率改進是提高我國商業(yè)銀行股東回報,進而提升自身競爭力的關鍵所在。
[Abstract]:Taking 16 listed commercial banks in China as an example, this paper explores the mechanism of the X-efficiency of banks on shareholders' returns. It is found that improving the X efficiency of Chinese commercial banks can effectively improve the shareholder's ability of return, and compared with the technological progress, the improvement of technical efficiency can explain the change of shareholder's return more forcefully. The positive effect of technical efficiency is mainly based on pure technical efficiency, but has little relation with scale efficiency. In short, to promote technological progress and pure technical efficiency improvement is the key to improve the return of shareholders of commercial banks in our country, and then to enhance their competitiveness.
