【摘要】：正創(chuàng)新是金融發(fā)展的不竭動力,但在歷史上金融發(fā)展往往沿著"危機—管制—金融抑制—放松管制—過度創(chuàng)新—新的危機"的路徑演進。要跳出這樣的循環(huán),必須把握好金融創(chuàng)新、金融效率和金融穩(wěn)定的平衡,不斷完善金融監(jiān)管理念和監(jiān)管規(guī)則,提高監(jiān)管有效性,通過強化金融監(jiān)管的制度建設(shè),為金融創(chuàng)新提供更好的環(huán)境和土壤,確保金融創(chuàng)新朝著更有效、更有序、更健康的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Positive innovation is the inexhaustible driving force of financial development, but in history, financial development tends to evolve along the path of "crisis-regulation-financial restraint-deregulation-excessive innovation-new crisis". In order to break out of such a cycle, we must grasp the balance of financial innovation, financial efficiency and financial stability, constantly improve the concept and regulation of financial supervision, improve the effectiveness of supervision, and strengthen the system construction of financial supervision through strengthening the system construction of financial supervision. To provide a better environment and soil for financial innovation, to ensure that financial innovation towards a more effective, more orderly and healthier direction.
