【摘要】：貨幣自由兌換是金融國際化的必然趨勢。推進(jìn)和實(shí)現(xiàn)人民幣全面自由兌換是一種高級的資金運(yùn)動形式,它對我國的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策、運(yùn)行機(jī)制和市場基礎(chǔ)等都會提出更高的要求:穩(wěn)定的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平;良好的微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)機(jī)制;金融深化與金融市場化;高效的金融監(jiān)管體系;充足的國際儲備等。加快人民幣自由兌換的政策措施:建立健全宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)控體系;進(jìn)一步深化國企改革,建立適應(yīng)人民幣自由兌換的微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)機(jī)制;加強(qiáng)外匯監(jiān)管;推進(jìn)利率和匯率的市場化等。
[Abstract]:The free exchange of money is the inevitable trend of financial internationalization. Promoting and realizing the full-scale free exchange of RMB is an advanced form of capital movement, and its macroeconomic policy towards China. Operation mechanism and market foundation will put forward higher requirements: stable macro-economic environment and a certain level of economic development; Good microeconomic mechanism; financial deepening and financial marketization; efficient financial regulatory system; adequate international reserves. The policies and measures to speed up the free exchange of RMB include establishing and perfecting the macro-economic control system, deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, establishing a micro-economic mechanism adapted to the free exchange of RMB, strengthening the supervision of foreign exchange, promoting the marketization of interest rates and exchange rates, and so on.
