【摘要】：在人民幣不斷升值的大背景下,關(guān)于人民幣升值的合理性及臨界點(diǎn)的探討已成為熱門話題。人民幣匯率的合理性問(wèn)題歸根到底是實(shí)際匯率是否偏離均衡匯率的問(wèn)題。在考慮中國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟(jì)特點(diǎn)和對(duì)基本經(jīng)濟(jì)因素進(jìn)行分析后,建立了人民幣均衡匯率模型,將估計(jì)出的均衡匯率與實(shí)際有效匯率進(jìn)行比較分析,確認(rèn)人民幣確實(shí)存在一定的低估,但失調(diào)程度不大。因此對(duì)于人民幣升值我們應(yīng)保持在適度的范圍內(nèi),而不應(yīng)屈從于外在壓力。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步提出了人民幣匯率調(diào)整的方法建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of RMB appreciation, the discussion on the rationality and critical point of RMB appreciation has become a hot topic. The rationality of RMB exchange rate is, in the final analysis, whether the real exchange rate deviates from the equilibrium exchange rate. After considering the characteristics of China's transition economy and analyzing the basic economic factors, this paper establishes the equilibrium exchange rate model of RMB, compares the estimated equilibrium exchange rate with the actual effective exchange rate, and confirms that the RMB is indeed undervalued. But the extent of the disorder is small. Therefore, we should keep the appreciation of RMB within a moderate range, and should not succumb to external pressure. On this basis, further put forward the RMB exchange rate adjustment method suggestions.
