【摘要】：作為我國銀行業(yè)的后起之秀,為了實(shí)施特色化、差異化發(fā)展和經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型,城市商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)當(dāng)抓住我國外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期,發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢,大力開拓外匯業(yè)務(wù),全方位開展本外幣一體化經(jīng)營。提高對外匯業(yè)務(wù)的認(rèn)識(shí),增強(qiáng)本外幣一體化經(jīng)營意識(shí);加強(qiáng)外匯業(yè)務(wù)隊(duì)伍建設(shè),做好外匯業(yè)務(wù)人才儲(chǔ)備和培養(yǎng)工作;建立靈活的貿(mào)易融資授信政策,確保貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)審批效率;強(qiáng)化對外匯業(yè)務(wù)的績效考核;重視對外匯業(yè)務(wù)的研究與創(chuàng)新,凸顯特色;建立與當(dāng)?shù)厣嫱鈫挝换虿块T的信息溝通機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:As a rising star of China's banking industry, in order to implement the characteristics, differentiated development and management transformation, urban commercial banks should seize the golden period of our extroverted economy's vigorous development, give play to their own advantages, and vigorously open up foreign exchange business. Carry out integrated operation of local and foreign currencies in all directions. Enhance the understanding of foreign exchange business, strengthen the consciousness of local and foreign currency integrated management, strengthen the construction of foreign exchange business team, do a good job of foreign exchange business personnel reserve and training work; To establish a flexible trade finance credit policy to ensure the efficiency of trade finance business approval; to strengthen the performance evaluation of foreign exchange business; to attach importance to the research and innovation of foreign exchange business, highlight the characteristics; Establish information communication mechanism with local foreign-related units or departments.
