【摘要】：金融業(yè)是推動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的核心動力。改革開放后我國銀行業(yè)發(fā)展一直呈現(xiàn)快速、高效、良性的發(fā)展之路。但近年來，，受世界金融危機的影響，全球經(jīng)濟萎靡不振，我國銀行業(yè)受這次危機影響，未來發(fā)展將受到嚴重影響。我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變和城商行所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境，迫使城商行加快發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型。作為東營唯一一家地方性商業(yè)銀行，東營銀行未來應如何發(fā)展，是擺在東營銀行人面前頭等大事。通過對東營銀行內(nèi)外環(huán)境分析，運用科學的分析工具，制定適合東營銀行未來發(fā)展的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，對實現(xiàn)東營銀行又好又快發(fā)展具有深遠意義。 本文介紹了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的基本理論和發(fā)展，并分析了國內(nèi)外有相類似背景銀行的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗。通過運用PEST分析法、波特五力模型、CPM矩陣分析法、SWOT分析工具，以大量詳實的數(shù)據(jù)，采用理論與實證相結(jié)合的方法，科學、全面地分析東營銀行外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件，提出了東營銀行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和五大戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型，從完善公司治理、創(chuàng)新金融服務、強化資本管理、信息科技、建立人力資源管理體系五大方面保障戰(zhàn)略的推進實施，最終實現(xiàn)東營銀行的健康快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Financial industry is the core motive force that promotes economic development. After the reform and opening up, China's banking industry has been showing a rapid, efficient and benign development road. However, in recent years, the global economy has been depressed by the world financial crisis, and the future development of China's banking industry will be seriously affected by the impact of the crisis. The transformation of our country's economic development mode and the internal and external environment of the city commercial banks force the city commercial banks to speed up the strategic transformation of development. As the only local commercial bank in Dongying, how to develop Dongying Bank in the future is the top priority for Dongying Bank. By analyzing the internal and external environment of Dongying Bank and using scientific analysis tools, it is of great significance to establish a development strategy suitable for the future development of Dongying Bank, which is beneficial and rapid to the development of Dongying Bank. This paper introduces the basic theory and development of enterprise strategic management, and analyzes the development experience of banks with similar background at home and abroad. By using PEST analysis method, Porter's five force model, CPM matrix analysis method and SWOT analysis tool, with a large amount of detailed data and using the method of combining theory and demonstration, the paper scientifically and comprehensively analyzes the external environment and internal conditions of Dongying Bank. The paper puts forward the development strategy and five strategic transformation of Dongying Bank, and promotes the implementation of the strategy from five aspects: perfecting corporate governance, innovating financial services, strengthening capital management, information technology, and establishing human resources management system. Finally realize the healthy and rapid development of Dongying Bank.
