【摘要】：本文采用了事件分析法和分組比較法結(jié)合的方法,并利用非參數(shù)檢驗方法對權(quán)證漲跌幅限制的波動溢出效應(yīng)、價格發(fā)現(xiàn)滯后效應(yīng)及流動性干擾效應(yīng)進行實證檢驗。結(jié)果表明,我國權(quán)證市場漲跌幅限制的效應(yīng)存在不對稱性,即漲幅限制導(dǎo)致了波動溢出效應(yīng),增大了權(quán)證達到漲幅限制后的流動性;權(quán)證的跌幅限制不存在波動溢出效應(yīng),但對權(quán)證的流動性產(chǎn)生干擾效應(yīng)。此外,權(quán)證的漲跌幅限制產(chǎn)生了價格發(fā)現(xiàn)滯后效應(yīng)。漲跌幅限制在一定程度上干擾了權(quán)證市場機制的運行,給權(quán)證市場造成了不利的影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the method of event analysis and group comparison is used to test the volatility spillover effect, the lag effect of price discovery and the effect of liquidity disturbance. The results show that there is asymmetry in the effect of the limit of fluctuation and decline in China's warrant market, that is, the restriction of increase leads to the effect of volatility spillover and increases the liquidity of warrants after they reach the limit of increase. There is no volatility spillover effect in the limit of warrants' decline, but it interferes with the liquidity of warrants. In addition, the rise and fall of warrants limit the effect of price discovery lag. The limit of price and decline interferes with the operation of warrant market to some extent, and has a negative effect on the warrant market.
