【摘要】：本文著眼于四川省農(nóng)行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位和經(jīng)營(yíng)方向、范圍問(wèn)題,以縣域銀行的發(fā)展為入手點(diǎn),力圖通過(guò)對(duì)縣域銀行發(fā)展的詳細(xì)論述和案例分析,讓人們更深入地認(rèn)識(shí)把握縣域銀行的現(xiàn)狀及前景,以及解決發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題。 本文首先認(rèn)識(shí)國(guó)內(nèi)銀行業(yè)的綜合發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,和縣域銀行身處的大環(huán)境,借鑒了國(guó)外社區(qū)銀行和國(guó)內(nèi)其他類(lèi)型銀行成功因素后,分析了阻礙我國(guó)縣域銀行發(fā)展的主要因素后,從縣域銀行的戰(zhàn)略定位、業(yè)務(wù)拓展和創(chuàng)新、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和內(nèi)部控制、平衡員工的約束和激勵(lì)四個(gè)方面給出了政策建議了發(fā)展改革意見(jiàn)。 本文主要內(nèi)容及結(jié)構(gòu)安排如下,第一部分總述我國(guó)銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和縣域銀行發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題,第二部分為國(guó)內(nèi)外在縣域銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方面的研究成果和可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn),第三部分系統(tǒng)地剖析我國(guó)縣域銀行在發(fā)展過(guò)程中所存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略選擇和政策建議,文章最后依托本文的框架,結(jié)合自身工作情況對(duì)四川縣域農(nóng)行的特殊狀況做進(jìn)一步的分析。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the strategic orientation, management direction and scope of agricultural bank development in Sichuan Province, and tries to analyze the development of county bank through the detailed discussion and case analysis of the development of county bank. Let people have a deeper understanding of the status quo and prospects of county banks, and solve the problems encountered in the process of development. This paper first recognizes the comprehensive development situation of the domestic banking industry and the general environment of the county banks, after learning from the success factors of foreign community banks and other types of domestic banks, analyzes the main factors hindering the development of the county banks in our country. The suggestions on development and reform are given from four aspects: strategic orientation of county banks, business development and innovation, risk management and internal control, and balancing staff constraints and incentives. The main contents and structure of this paper are as follows: the first part describes the current situation of the development of banking in China and the problems existing in the development of the county banks. The second part is the research results and experiences of the development strategy of the banks at the county level at home and abroad. The third part systematically analyzes the problems existing in the development process of the county banks in China, and then puts forward the corresponding strategic choice and policy recommendations. Finally, the article relies on the framework of this paper. Combined with its own work situation, the special situation of Sichuan County Agricultural Bank is further analyzed.
