【摘要】：我國是一個農(nóng)業(yè)大國,"三農(nóng)"問題一直都受到政府和學(xué)術(shù)界的高度重視,但資金盤活與農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷路問題一直都是發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的瓶頸所在。而物流金融作為一項具有創(chuàng)新性的物流增值服務(wù)和金融拓展服務(wù),為解決這些問題提供了新的途徑。農(nóng)戶參與農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融是一個全新的理念,它打破了傳統(tǒng)上將物流金融服務(wù)目標僅僅鎖定為中小企業(yè)的觀念,不僅為農(nóng)戶融資和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售提供支持,而且為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品第三方物流企業(yè)和銀行提供新的利潤增長點。同時,政府可通過對農(nóng)戶參與農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融提供一定的利息補貼,打破原有直接補貼的單一模式,實現(xiàn)直接補貼與間接補貼的協(xié)同發(fā)展,是一項符合國家惠農(nóng)政策、具有較好社會效益的新業(yè)務(wù),有助于解決生產(chǎn)規(guī)模小、資金需求量不大、單戶分散經(jīng)營的中國式農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟生產(chǎn)方式的農(nóng)戶資金短缺問題,擴大農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Our country is a big agricultural country, the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" has always been attached great importance by the government and academic circles, but the problem of fund invigorating and selling of agricultural products has always been the bottleneck of the development of rural economy. As an innovative value-added logistics service and financial expansion service, logistics finance provides a new way to solve these problems. Farmers' participation in agricultural logistics finance is a new concept. It breaks the traditional concept that logistics financial service is only targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises, and not only provides support for farmers' financing and agricultural product sales, And for agricultural products third-party logistics enterprises and banks to provide new profit growth. At the same time, the government can provide certain interest subsidies to farmers to participate in agricultural logistics finance, break the single mode of direct subsidies, and realize the coordinated development of direct subsidies and indirect subsidies, which is in line with the national agricultural policy. The new business, which has better social benefits, is helpful to solve the problems of small scale of production, small demand for funds, shortage of funds for Chinese rural economic production mode with single household and scattered management, and expand agricultural production.
