市場在城市商業(yè)銀行治理中的作用機制研究

【摘要】:由于我國正大力踐行金融體制改革工作,國內銀行系統(tǒng)的構架也初具規(guī)模,伴隨國有與股份制兩類銀行的成熟和完善,城市銀行作為一股新興勢力也開始發(fā)展壯大起來,并成為了地方經濟進步的重要后盾力量。本文首先全面了解國內外城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,對城市商業(yè)銀行進行界定,介紹銀行治理的產生與發(fā)展,為整個論文研究的展開打下基礎。其次分析我國城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展以及在發(fā)展中遇到的問題,分析我國城市商業(yè)銀行治理中存在的主要問題;發(fā)現(xiàn)市場在城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展起到的作用,,城市商業(yè)銀行治理又對城市商業(yè)銀行市場營銷起到的反作用。之后從銀行業(yè)監(jiān)管部門的監(jiān)管作用、客戶需求的推動作用和金融同業(yè)的競爭作用三個方面詳細分析市場在城市商業(yè)銀行公司治理的作用機制。根據以上理論分析內容對湖州銀行治理進行詳細案例分析,并得出結論。按照市場對于銀行治理的影響規(guī)律來健全城市銀行的治理格局,提升其營銷系統(tǒng)的先進性,增強城市商業(yè)銀行在金融領域里的競爭水平,對湖州銀行下一步銀行治理改革與發(fā)展有著現(xiàn)實意義,對提高城市商業(yè)銀行治理效率有著創(chuàng)新價值。
[Abstract]:As China is vigorously carrying out the reform of the financial system, the framework of the domestic banking system is beginning to take shape. With the maturity and perfection of the state-owned and joint-stock banks, urban banks, as a new force, have also begun to develop and grow. And has become the important backing of local economic progress. In this paper, the development of urban commercial banks at home and abroad is first fully understood, the city commercial banks are defined, and the emergence and development of bank governance are introduced, which lays a foundation for the research of the whole paper. Secondly, it analyzes the development of urban commercial banks in China and the problems encountered in the development, and analyzes the main problems existing in the governance of urban commercial banks in China. It is found that the market plays an important role in the development of the city commercial banks, and the governance of the city commercial banks plays a counteractive role in the marketing of the city commercial banks. Then the mechanism of market in corporate governance of city commercial banks is analyzed in detail from three aspects: the regulatory role of banking supervision, the promotion of customer demand and the competitive role of financial interbank. According to the above theoretical analysis of Huzhou bank governance detailed case analysis, and draw a conclusion. According to the law of market influence on bank governance, to perfect the governance pattern of urban banks, to enhance the advanced nature of their marketing system, and to enhance the competitive level of urban commercial banks in the financial field. It is of practical significance to the reform and development of bank governance in Huzhou Bank, and has innovative value to improve the efficiency of city commercial bank governance.
