【摘要】：人民幣區(qū)域化國(guó)際化是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期復(fù)雜的過(guò)程,要實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),首先要在認(rèn)識(shí)上有所提升,對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化的利益、人民幣區(qū)域化及其意義、人民幣區(qū)域化國(guó)際化與人民幣自由兌換的關(guān)系、亞洲國(guó)家對(duì)亞洲貨幣合作以及人民幣區(qū)域化國(guó)際化的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求等問(wèn)題厘清認(rèn)識(shí)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,中國(guó)應(yīng)選擇的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑是:一方面積極參與和重新審視現(xiàn)行以美元為主的國(guó)際貨幣體系,提出更務(wù)實(shí)和有價(jià)值的改革方案;另一方面,應(yīng)加快推進(jìn)人民幣周邊化和區(qū)域化,并不斷提高國(guó)際化水平,在可能的條件下為推進(jìn)"亞元"作努力,并進(jìn)而為現(xiàn)行單一的國(guó)際貨幣體系轉(zhuǎn)變成以美元、歐元、亞元為主體的公平、公正、有效的、多元的國(guó)際貨幣體系作貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The internationalization of RMB regionalization is a long and complicated process. In order to achieve this goal, we must first of all improve our understanding of the benefits of RMB internationalization, the regionalization of RMB and its significance. The relationship between RMB regionalization internationalization and RMB convertibility, Asian countries' understanding of Asian currency cooperation and the realistic requirements of RMB regionalization internationalization are clarified. On the basis of this, China should choose the following realistic paths: on the one hand, it should actively participate in and re-examine the current international monetary system, which is dominated by US dollars, and put forward a more pragmatic and valuable reform plan; On the other hand, we should speed up the promotion of RMB periphery and regionalization, continuously raise the level of internationalization, make efforts to promote the "Asian dollar" under possible conditions, and then transform the current single international monetary system into US dollars and euros. The Asian dollar contributes to a fair, equitable, effective and pluralistic international monetary system.
