WT證券公司戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型研究
[Abstract]:The securities company is the main body of the securities market in our country. It has played an important role in promoting the rapid and steady development of the capital market. After nearly 20 years of rapid development, it has gradually become an important part of the modern financial market in China. By the end of 2011, the number of securities companies in China has reached 111, the number of business departments has reached 5032, and the registered capital has exceeded 130 billion yuan. 2005, with the completion of the reform of split share structure, the entire securities industry has entered a new period of standardization and healthy development. However, due to the continuing downturn in the securities market, its problems began to appear, the business became more homogeneous, the profit model was single, the service mode converged, and the operation and management were not precise enough. Lack of industry characteristics and core competitiveness has seriously affected the development of securities companies, WT securities is no exception. Therefore, the in-depth study of the strategic transformation of the company, has a profound practical significance. At present, China is in the process of further readjusting its economic structure and industrial layout, deepening the reform of the management system of state-owned assets, and establishing a multi-level capital market. The securities market will truly usher in unprecedented great innovation. The historical opportunity for great development. In such a background, WT securities should face the changes of external environment, accurately locate their own strengths and weaknesses, fully integrate the comprehensive resources of the parent company, and accelerate the implementation of strategic transformation is the inevitable choice to change the current bottleneck of development. This paper uses PEST, Porter's "five Force Model" and SWOT analysis method, on the basis of scientific and rigorous analysis of the development status, strategic transformation ability and internal and external environment of WT securities. The evaluation model of strategic transformation ability of WT securities is constructed preliminarily. Through the evaluation of the model, this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of strategic transformation of WT securities.
