【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國一些地方盲目地大量引進外資,并放任其逐漸擴大并購規(guī)模,控制了我國許多重要產(chǎn)業(yè),及至公有制經(jīng)濟主體地位喪失,這是我國當(dāng)前國家經(jīng)濟安全的最大威脅;金融風(fēng)險,特別是巨額外匯儲備的風(fēng)險,則是我國當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟安全最引人注目的焦點。形成這種局面的原因,最主要的是由于受國際新自由主義思潮的影響,在改革開放中偏離社會主義制度自我完善的軌道的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, some places in China have blindly introduced a large number of foreign capital, and allowed them to gradually expand the scale of mergers and acquisitions, controlling many important industries in our country, and even losing the dominant position of the public sector of the economy. This is the biggest threat to China's current national economic security, while the financial risk, especially the risk of huge foreign exchange reserves, is the most noticeable focus of our country's current economic security. The main reason for this situation is the result of deviation from the self-improvement track of socialist system in the reform and opening up to the outside world under the influence of the international neoliberal trend of thought.
