發(fā)展PE業(yè)務(wù)促進(jìn)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:后危機(jī)時(shí)期,金融危機(jī)對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的深層次影響會(huì)進(jìn)一步顯現(xiàn),資本監(jiān)管不斷強(qiáng)化、金融脫媒日益明顯、利率市場(chǎng)化漸行漸近,這些都使我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行面臨更加復(fù)雜的運(yùn)營(yíng)環(huán)境和現(xiàn)實(shí)壓力。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)自身經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型與可持續(xù)發(fā)展是我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行不得不面對(duì)的重要問(wèn)題。PE為轉(zhuǎn)型期的商業(yè)銀行帶來(lái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的新機(jī)遇,但在當(dāng)前運(yùn)營(yíng)和監(jiān)管環(huán)境下,商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展PE業(yè)務(wù)同樣也面臨巨大的困境和挑戰(zhàn)。 本文首先圍繞商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題從概念、動(dòng)因以及內(nèi)容方面進(jìn)行了全面、系統(tǒng)的研究。然后基于PE功能與運(yùn)作機(jī)理理論以及商業(yè)銀行可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,分析我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展PE業(yè)務(wù)促進(jìn)自身經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型潛在和可行路徑,并運(yùn)用相關(guān)分析、多元回歸模型等計(jì)量方法對(duì)PE業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)商業(yè)銀行績(jī)效的影響進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。最后結(jié)合我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行開(kāi)展PE業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)行主要模式和存在的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策建議。主要研究結(jié)論如下:(1)理論分析、路徑分析以及實(shí)證結(jié)果均表明我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行通過(guò)發(fā)展PE業(yè)務(wù)促進(jìn)自身經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型具有必要性和可行性。(2)實(shí)證結(jié)果還顯示我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行PE基金的托管業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)量與商業(yè)銀行資本收益率之間存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,表明商業(yè)銀行在PE業(yè)務(wù)的選擇上應(yīng)該注意樹(shù)立投入產(chǎn)出效益觀念,更加注重提升托管業(yè)務(wù)的質(zhì)量和效率。(3)現(xiàn)實(shí)操作中,限于政策法規(guī)的約束以及商業(yè)銀行本身的運(yùn)營(yíng)特征,商業(yè)銀行還遠(yuǎn)沒(méi)有實(shí)現(xiàn)與PE基金的深入合作,商業(yè)銀行PB業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展需要進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化和創(chuàng)新。(4)根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果和現(xiàn)實(shí)中存在的問(wèn)題,從商業(yè)銀行開(kāi)展PE業(yè)務(wù)的整體思路、具體操作和所需內(nèi)外部條件支持三個(gè)大的方面提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。包括要漸進(jìn)式、個(gè)性化開(kāi)展PE業(yè)務(wù);通過(guò)加強(qiáng)與其他機(jī)構(gòu)合作拓展銀行PE業(yè)務(wù)廣度,以PE托管為突破口,挖掘PE一站式服務(wù)深度;建立、健全相關(guān)政策法規(guī);建立分階段、針對(duì)性的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范體系以及制定長(zhǎng)、短期不同的人才儲(chǔ)備計(jì)劃。 本文的研究結(jié)論無(wú)論對(duì)于我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行成功實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型還是PE行業(yè)在我國(guó)的健康、良性發(fā)展而言都具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In the post-crisis period, the deep impact of the financial crisis on the global economy will be further revealed, capital supervision is constantly strengthened, financial disintermediation is becoming increasingly evident, and interest rate marketization is gradually approaching. All these make our commercial banks face more complicated operation environment and realistic pressure. How to realize the transformation and sustainable development of our commercial banks is an important problem that our commercial banks have to face. PE brings new opportunities for the business development of the commercial banks in the transition period, but in the current operating and regulatory environment, Commercial banks also face huge difficulties and challenges in developing PE business. Firstly, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the concept, motivation and content of the business transformation of commercial banks. Then, based on the theory of PE function and operation mechanism and the theory of sustainable development of commercial banks, this paper analyzes the potential and feasible path for the development of PE business in China to promote their own business transformation, and applies the relevant analysis. The multivariate regression model and other measurement methods are used to test the effect of PE business on the performance of commercial banks. Finally, combined with the current main mode and existing problems of commercial banks carrying out PE business in China, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) theoretical analysis, The path analysis and empirical results show that it is necessary and feasible for Chinese commercial banks to promote their business transformation by developing PE business. (2) the empirical results also show that the number and business of PE funds in China commercial banks. There is a significant negative correlation between the return on capital of banks, It shows that commercial banks should pay more attention to setting up the concept of input-output benefit in the choice of PE business, and pay more attention to improving the quality and efficiency of trusteeship business. (3) in the practical operation, it is limited to the restriction of policies and regulations and the operational characteristics of commercial banks themselves. The development of commercial bank's PB business needs to be further optimized and innovated. (4) according to the empirical results and the existing problems in reality, the overall thinking of commercial bank to carry out PE business is discussed. Specific operation and internal and external conditions to support the three major aspects of the relevant countermeasures. Including to gradually, personalized PE business; through strengthening cooperation with other institutions to expand the breadth of bank PE business, with PE custody as a breakthrough, explore the depth of PE one-stop service; establish, improve relevant policies and regulations; establish a phased, Targeted risk prevention system as well as long-term and short-term talent reserve plan. The conclusion of this paper is of great significance to the successful operation transformation of commercial banks in China and the healthy and healthy development of PE industry in China.
