【摘要】：本文首先系統(tǒng)闡述了金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基本理論，，然后根據金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論提出金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展的評價依據，包括金融規(guī)模擴張、金融結構優(yōu)化、金融效率提升和金融外部環(huán)境改善四個方面，在此基礎上構建起金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展的評價指標體系，并運用統(tǒng)計分析方法，從省際、四大區(qū)域和八大經濟區(qū)三個區(qū)域視角對2000-2010年間我國區(qū)域金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展的相對程度進行了測度和比較。并得到如下發(fā)現(xiàn)： 第一，從省際視角進行比較發(fā)現(xiàn)，2000-2010年間，我國31個省區(qū)的金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展的總體進展均呈穩(wěn)步上升，金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展相對程度較高省區(qū)和較低省區(qū)間差距有拉大趨勢；金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展的四個方面中，金融規(guī)模和金融外部環(huán)境方面呈穩(wěn)步上升，進展較快，其它兩個方面進步較小，而且進展有起伏。 第二，從四大區(qū)域視角進行比較發(fā)現(xiàn)，2000-2010年間，我國四大區(qū)域的金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展的總體進展均穩(wěn)步上升，東部地區(qū)與其它地區(qū)間差距有拉大趨勢；金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展的四個方面中，金融規(guī)模和金融外部環(huán)境的進展均穩(wěn)步上升，東部地區(qū)與其它地區(qū)間差距有拉大趨勢，但在金融結構和金融效率方面的進展較小，且各年間有起伏，發(fā)展不夠穩(wěn)定，東部地區(qū)在該兩方面優(yōu)勢不明顯。 第三，從八大經濟區(qū)視角進行比較發(fā)現(xiàn)，2000-2010年間，我國八大經濟區(qū)的金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展的總體進展均穩(wěn)步上升，但東部沿海地區(qū)、北部沿海地區(qū)、南部沿海地區(qū)、長江中游地區(qū)四大經濟區(qū)的金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平與東北地區(qū)、黃河中游地區(qū)、西南地區(qū)和大西北地區(qū)四大經濟區(qū)的差距有拉大趨勢。金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展的四個方面中，金融規(guī)模和金融外部環(huán)境的進展均穩(wěn)步上升，金融結構和金融效率方面進展緩慢，且各年間有波動，發(fā)展穩(wěn)定性不夠，而且經濟較為發(fā)達地區(qū)優(yōu)勢不夠明顯。 根據實證研究的結果，本文認為，由于在金融結構和金融效率兩個方面的進展緩慢，提升我國金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平的重點應該放在金融結構的優(yōu)化和金融效率的提升上，并提出相應的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the basic theory of financial sustainable development is systematically expounded, and then the evaluation basis of financial sustainable development is put forward according to the theory of financial sustainable development, including the expansion of financial scale and the optimization of financial structure. Based on the four aspects of financial efficiency improvement and financial external environment improvement, the evaluation index system of financial sustainable development is constructed. This paper measures and compares the relative degree of sustainable development of regional finance in China from 2000 to 2010 from the three regional perspectives of four regions and eight economic zones. The main findings are as follows: first, from the perspective of inter-provincial comparison, we find that the overall progress of financial sustainable development in 31 provinces and regions of China has steadily increased from 2000 to 2010. Among the four aspects of financial sustainable development, the financial scale and the financial external environment have steadily increased, and the progress has been relatively rapid. The other two have made little progress and have made ups and downs. Secondly, from the perspective of four regions, we find that the overall progress of financial sustainable development in the four major regions of our country has steadily increased, and the gap between the eastern region and other regions has a trend of widening, among the four aspects of financial sustainable development, there are four aspects of financial sustainable development. The financial scale and the progress of the external financial environment have steadily increased, and the gap between the eastern region and other regions has tended to widen, but the progress in the financial structure and financial efficiency has been relatively small, and there have been ups and downs over the years, and the development has not been stable enough. Eastern region in these two aspects of the advantage is not obvious. Third, from the angle of view of eight economic zones, we find that the overall progress of financial sustainable development of the eight economic zones in China rose steadily from 2000 to 2010, but the eastern coastal region, the northern coastal region, the southern coastal region, the eastern coastal region, the northern coastal region, the southern coastal region, The financial sustainable development level of the four economic zones in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the northeast, the middle reaches of the Yellow River, the southwest and the northwest of the Yangtze River has a trend of widening. Among the four aspects of sustainable financial development, progress in financial scale and financial external environment has increased steadily, progress in financial structure and financial efficiency has been slow, and there have been fluctuations over the years, and development has not been stable enough. Moreover, the advantages of the more developed regions are not obvious enough. According to the results of the empirical research, this paper holds that because of the slow progress in the financial structure and financial efficiency, the emphasis of improving the level of financial sustainable development in China should be the optimization of the financial structure and the improvement of the financial efficiency. And put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
