【摘要】：歐盟是我國第一大貿(mào)易伙伴國和重要的外資來源地，正確處理雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有至關(guān)重要的意義。本文從投資與貿(mào)易關(guān)系的角度研究中歐雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系，，通過對中歐投資與貿(mào)易關(guān)系的把握，力圖找到政策上的突破點(diǎn)能夠使中歐投資與貿(mào)易形成一種“合力”，促進(jìn)中國與歐盟經(jīng)濟(jì)的共同發(fā)展，達(dá)到雙方的共贏。 本文結(jié)合歷史回顧、現(xiàn)實(shí)分析，理論闡述、實(shí)踐梳理，定性判定、定量檢驗(yàn)等方法，首先結(jié)合歐盟對華直接投資與中歐貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀分析歐盟對華直接投資對中國的貿(mào)易效應(yīng)，歐盟對華直接投資的增加能夠促進(jìn)中歐貿(mào)易總量、中國對歐盟的出口、中國自歐盟的進(jìn)口以及中國對歐盟貿(mào)易順差規(guī)模的增加。然后通過實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)分析歐盟對華直接投資是如何影響中歐貿(mào)易規(guī)模各個(gè)變量的，并定量解釋了影響程度的大小。最后得出中歐投資與貿(mào)易互補(bǔ)性關(guān)系的結(jié)論，強(qiáng)調(diào)在制定對歐盟政策時(shí)，應(yīng)利用歐盟對華直接投資對中歐貿(mào)易的影響來協(xié)調(diào)投資與貿(mào)易的效用。文章的最后根據(jù)研究成果分別從宏觀、中觀和微觀角度提出建議，達(dá)到使中歐經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系長期協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目的。
[Abstract]:EU is China's largest trading partner and important source of foreign investment. It is of great significance to correctly handle bilateral economic and trade relations for China's economic development. This paper studies the bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Europe from the angle of investment and trade relations, and tries to find a breakthrough point in policy through grasping the investment and trade relations between China and Europe, which can make China-EU investment and trade form a kind of "joint force". To promote the common development of the economy of China and the European Union, and to achieve a win-win situation between the two countries. Combined with historical review, reality analysis, theoretical elaboration, practice combing, qualitative judgment, quantitative test and so on, this paper first analyzes the trade effect of EU direct investment in China with the current situation of EU direct investment in China and China-EU trade. Increased EU direct investment in China could boost China-EU trade volumes, China's exports to the EU, China's imports from the EU and the size of China's trade surplus with the EU. Then it analyzes how EU direct investment in China affects each variable of the scale of China-EU trade, and quantitatively explains the extent of the impact. Finally, the paper draws the conclusion of the complementary relationship between investment and trade between China and Europe, and emphasizes that the impact of EU direct investment on China-EU trade should be used to coordinate the effectiveness of investment and trade when formulating policies towards the EU. Finally, according to the research results, some suggestions are put forward from macroscopic, meso and micro perspectives to achieve the goal of long-term coordinated and sustainable development of China-EU economic and trade relations.
