重慶銀行成都分行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)文化是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中重要的一部分,它對核心競爭力起著巨大推動作用。隨著外資銀行的進(jìn)入和銀行競爭的日趨激烈,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)成為銀行構(gòu)筑核心競爭力,構(gòu)建長效風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要舉措,成為銀行整合資源、提高凝聚力的重要手段,以及建設(shè)現(xiàn)代規(guī)范化銀行的重要途徑。由于國有商業(yè)銀行普遍處于改革階段,因此構(gòu)建新型的企業(yè)文化便成為必然,建設(shè)企業(yè)文化需要對企業(yè)文化既有保留,又有創(chuàng)新。 分行的企業(yè)文化不僅能夠使分行在激烈的競爭中不斷的發(fā)展壯大,而且可以為總行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提供實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),從而提高整個銀行在行業(yè)內(nèi)的管理水平。首先企業(yè)文化能夠增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力,使團(tuán)隊(duì)中的個人有明確的目的,并在整個團(tuán)隊(duì)中發(fā)揮自己的作用,與整個團(tuán)隊(duì)步調(diào)一致。第二,良好的企業(yè)文化的創(chuàng)設(shè)還可以激勵個人把自己的潛能發(fā)掘出來,使個人能夠充分發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)勢,揚(yáng)長避短,提高整個銀行和員工的自主管理能力、自主經(jīng)營能力,從而將分行的整體執(zhí)行力提高一個檔次。第三,銀行企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)還對員工具有約束的作用,它為銀行內(nèi)的員工制定一定的行為準(zhǔn)則,讓員工明白什么該做什么不該做,從而提高員工的自覺性、積極性、主動性,使員工明確自身工作的要求,增強(qiáng)員工的責(zé)任感。最后,銀行企業(yè)文化作為銀行對外宣傳的名片之一,其好壞程度直接決定了銀行的公眾形象、社會定位。總之,銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)是決定銀行在整個行業(yè)中的競爭力的重要因素之一。因此,面對國內(nèi)國外的巨大挑戰(zhàn),我國商業(yè)銀行業(yè)必須充分重視企業(yè)文化建設(shè),加大對企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的投入力度,創(chuàng)建優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,這對提升我行在整個行業(yè)內(nèi)的核心競爭力,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文作者從自身工作出發(fā),結(jié)合研究主體實(shí)際,為獲得研究所需要的信息,摸清分行的企業(yè)文化管理情況,本研究擬采用文獻(xiàn)分析、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)、問卷調(diào)查等方法展開,最終提出了重慶銀行成都分行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)建議。 本文首先對企業(yè)文化的產(chǎn)生背景和企業(yè)文化理論進(jìn)行了闡述和分析,接下來對本文的研究主體重慶銀行成都分行的企業(yè)文化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述和分析,然后對重慶銀行成都分行的體系建設(shè)進(jìn)行了建議,結(jié)合成都分行的實(shí)際,通過不斷的探索和總結(jié),初步確定出分行的企業(yè)文化。最后提出了重慶銀行成都分行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的實(shí)施方案,提出了實(shí)施保障、實(shí)施方案的三個階段、實(shí)施過程中應(yīng)注意的問題以及要加強(qiáng)核心企業(yè)文化的監(jiān)測、評估與發(fā)展。 本文的貢獻(xiàn)有:一是將“企業(yè)文化結(jié)構(gòu)四層次理論”中相關(guān)理論運(yùn)用到重慶銀行成都分行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的研究之中,使重慶銀行成都分行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)思路清楚明晰,豐富了重慶銀行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)理論;二是結(jié)合重慶銀行成都分行的優(yōu)勢特點(diǎn)、經(jīng)營管理實(shí)踐活動,以全新的視角對重慶銀行成都分行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行分析、闡述。
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture is an important part of modern enterprise management. It plays a great role in the core competitiveness. With the entry of foreign banks and the increasingly fierce competition in the bank, the construction of enterprise culture becomes the core competitiveness of the bank, the construction of a long-term risk prevention mechanism, an important measure of sustainable development, and the integration of the bank. The important means to improve the cohesiveness and the important way to build the modern standardized banks. Because the state-owned commercial banks are generally in the stage of reform, it is necessary to build a new enterprise culture, and the construction of enterprise culture needs both the preservation and the innovation of the enterprise culture.
The corporate culture of the branch can not only make the branch grow and grow continuously in the fierce competition, but also provide practical experience for the construction of the corporate culture of the general bank, so as to improve the management level of the whole bank in the industry. The team plays its role and is in line with the whole team. Second, the creation of a good enterprise culture can also encourage individuals to discover their potential, make the individual fully develop his own advantages, improve the ability to manage the whole bank and employees, and manage their own ability, so as to carry out the overall implementation of the branch. Third, the construction of the culture of the banking enterprise also has a binding effect on the staff. It makes certain rules for the employees in the bank and lets the employees understand what should not be done, so as to improve the employees' consciousness, enthusiasm, initiative, make the employees clear their own job requirements and enhance the sense of responsibility of the employees. Finally, as one of the business cards of the bank's publicity, the bank enterprise culture determines the public image and social positioning of the bank directly. In a word, the construction of the bank's enterprise culture is one of the important factors to determine the competitiveness of the bank in the whole industry. It is of great practical significance to pay more attention to the construction of enterprise culture, increase the investment in the construction of enterprise culture and create an excellent enterprise culture. This is of great practical significance to improve the core competitiveness of the whole industry. The author of this paper, starting from his own work, combines the research subject with the reality, and finds out the information needed for the research, and tries to find out the business text of the branch. This study intends to use literature analysis, experience summary, questionnaire survey and other methods, and finally puts forward the proposal of the construction of enterprise culture in Chengdu branch of Chongqing bank.
First, this paper expounds and analyzes the background of enterprise culture and the theory of enterprise culture. Then, it expounds and analyzes the present situation of the enterprise culture of the main body of this article, Chengdu branch of Chongqing bank, and then makes a proposal for the construction of the system construction of the Chengdu branch of the Bank of Chongqing. By exploring and summarizing, the corporate culture of the branch is preliminarily identified. Finally, the implementation plan of the enterprise culture construction of Chongqing bank Chengdu branch is put forward, and the three stages of implementation guarantee, the implementation plan, the problems to be paid attention to in the implementation process, and the monitoring, evaluation and development of the core enterprise culture should be strengthened.
The contribution of this article is: first, the theory of "four levels of enterprise cultural structure" is applied to the study of the construction of enterprise culture in Chengdu branch of Chongqing bank, which makes the thinking of enterprise culture construction of Chongqing bank Chengdu branch clear and clear and enriches the theory of enterprise culture construction of Chongqing bank; and the two is to combine the Chongqing bank into the Bank of China.
