【摘要】：國際收支作為了解一國對外經(jīng)濟(jì),貿(mào)易和金融活動的重要分析工具,也是用來調(diào)控一國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)活動,實現(xiàn)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)目標(biāo)的重要參考依據(jù)。對于面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和金融國際化進(jìn)程的不斷深入并逐步加快開放力度的越南來說研究國際收支顯得越來越重要。國外學(xué)者關(guān)于國際收支的問題研究很早就開始了,但近年來越南學(xué)者才開始對本國的國際收支進(jìn)行研究,研究的問題主要都從宏觀的角度來分析經(jīng)濟(jì)與國際收支的關(guān)系。本文的創(chuàng)新性是依據(jù)國際收支結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)理論對越南國際收支結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行深入具體的分析。依據(jù)國際貨幣基金組織國際收支統(tǒng)計制度中國際收支賬戶的結(jié)構(gòu),論文注重分析越南國際收支平衡表中的主要一級和次級賬戶之間的結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系,從整體把握越南國際收支結(jié)構(gòu)具體狀況,了解國際收支的平衡情況,以利于合理有效地調(diào)整國際收支政策。論文首先從流量結(jié)構(gòu)與差額平衡結(jié)構(gòu)兩個角度分析越南國際收支結(jié)構(gòu)特點以及形成原因。研究結(jié)構(gòu)表明越南國際收支結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展階段大致比較符合于經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家薩繆爾森的四階段論,呈現(xiàn)出向“成熟的債務(wù)國”階段發(fā)展的結(jié)構(gòu)。另外經(jīng)過深入的研究,本文總結(jié)出越南國際收支結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)實成因,然后對所整理兩大賬戶差額結(jié)構(gòu)的影響因素進(jìn)行實證分析,并找出影響其經(jīng)常賬戶以及資本與金融賬戶差額結(jié)構(gòu)的主要因素。最后,對越南國際收支結(jié)構(gòu)中的經(jīng)常賬戶以及資本與金融賬戶提出優(yōu)化政策措施。
[Abstract]:The balance of payments as an important analytical tool for understanding the foreign economy, trade and financial activities of a country, is also an important reference for regulating the macro-economic activities of a country and realizing the macroeconomic goals. Foreign scholars have begun to study the international balance of payments very early, but in recent years, Vietnamese scholars have begun to study the international balance of payments in their own country. The research issues mainly analyze the relationship between the economy and the balance of payments from a macro perspective. The innovation of this paper is based on the correlation of the structure of the balance of payments. According to the structure of the balance of payments account in the international balance of payments statistics system of the IMF, the paper focuses on the analysis of the structural relationship between the primary and secondary accounts of the balance of payments in Vietnam, and from the overall grasp of the specific state of the structure of the balance of payments in Vietnam. To understand the balance of balance of payments in order to adjust the policy of balance of payments rationally and effectively, the paper first analyzes the characteristics and causes of the structure and formation of the Vietnam balance of payments from two angles of the flow structure and balance balance structure. The research structure shows that the development stage of the structure of the balance of payments in Vietnam is roughly in accordance with the economist Samuel. The four stage theory of Sen presents the structure of the "mature debtor country" stage. After in-depth study, this paper summarizes the realistic causes of the structure of the balance of payments in Vietnam, and then makes an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the difference structure of the two accounts, and finds out the impact of the current account and the difference between the capital and the financial account. Finally, it puts forward some policy measures to optimize the current account and capital and financial accounts of Vietnam's balance of payments structure.
