商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力評價研究

【摘要】:近年來,經濟全球一體化步伐的加快,西方國家商業(yè)銀行的金融創(chuàng)新活動風起云涌,產生和創(chuàng)造出了許多先進的金融交易工具,外資銀行全面開放后,開始逐步搶占中國市場,中國商業(yè)銀行業(yè)面臨嚴峻威脅和挑戰(zhàn)。從國內來看,伴隨著利率市場化改革、資本監(jiān)管嚴控、經濟結構轉型等宏觀背景因素,銀行這個社會支付中介和融資中介的地位面臨挑戰(zhàn),以息差為主要收入來源的增長模式增長困難,改革和創(chuàng)新是我國商業(yè)銀行提高競爭力,立于不敗之地的必然選擇。我國商業(yè)銀行業(yè)在創(chuàng)新發(fā)展方面雖然取得了諸多進展,但仍然存在很多問題,包括金融創(chuàng)新由政府主導、科技創(chuàng)新和人才創(chuàng)新的效率不高、創(chuàng)新后續(xù)維護能力不足、信息技術與創(chuàng)新融合度不高、從業(yè)人員創(chuàng)新意識不足等。同時,與外國主流銀行相比,中國商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新管理還存在很大差距。本文在總結前人關于商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力研究的基礎上,明確界定商業(yè)銀行、金融創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)新能力的概念,論文主要包括以下幾個方面的內容: (1)通過選取美國銀行、匯豐銀行和西班牙BBVA銀行作為國外商業(yè)銀行優(yōu)秀代表,分析其創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式,相應的總結國內商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀,指出了目前我國商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新主要存在創(chuàng)新主導非市場化、與經濟發(fā)展不同步、技術融合度不高等問題。 (2)根據(jù)第二章指出的創(chuàng)新能力的度量指標,以及對創(chuàng)新能力形成的影響因素,設計出了四個層次的共計10項評價創(chuàng)新能力指標,并決定采用因子分析法這種能根據(jù)主因子貢獻率確定影響因子的分析方法來進行后續(xù)實證研究。 (3)結合湖北省商業(yè)銀行的概況,本文選取了湖北省13家商業(yè)銀行作為研究樣本,通過收集相關數(shù)據(jù),并依照設計提出的評價分析指標,運用SPSS分析軟件,對收集樣本進行計算和處理,得出商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新水平與產品創(chuàng)新程度密切相關,同時,國有商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新水平從整體上優(yōu)于股份制銀行的結論。 (4)最后,文章在規(guī)范分析和實證分析的基礎上,就如何促進商業(yè)銀行金融創(chuàng)新提出了包括完善金融創(chuàng)新機制、注重產品業(yè)務創(chuàng)新、培育創(chuàng)新文化、加大技術投入等對策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of the pace of global economic integration, the financial innovation activities of commercial banks in western countries have surged, producing and creating many advanced financial trading tools. After the full opening of foreign banks, they began to seize the Chinese market step by step. China's commercial banking industry is facing serious threats and challenges. From the domestic point of view, with the interest rate marketization reform, capital supervision and strict control, economic restructuring and other macroeconomic background factors, the status of banks as social payment and financing intermediaries is facing challenges. The growth model with interest margin as the main source of income is difficult to grow. Reform and innovation are the inevitable choice for Chinese commercial banks to improve their competitiveness and stay in an invincible position. Although China's commercial banking has made a lot of progress in innovation and development, there are still many problems, including financial innovation led by the government, scientific and technological innovation and talent innovation efficiency is not high, innovation follow-up maintenance capacity is insufficient. The integration of information technology and innovation is not high, and the employees' consciousness of innovation is insufficient. At the same time, compared with foreign mainstream banks, there is still a big gap in innovation management of Chinese commercial banks. On the basis of summarizing the previous researches on the innovation ability of commercial banks, this paper clearly defines the concepts of commercial banks, financial innovation and innovation ability. The paper mainly includes the following aspects: (1) through the selection of Bank of America, HSBC Bank and BBVA Bank of Spain, as outstanding representatives of foreign commercial banks, analyze their innovative development models, summarize the innovation status quo of domestic commercial banks, and point out that innovation dominates non-marketization of commercial bank innovation in China. Problems such as out of step with economic development, low degree of technological convergence, etc. (2) the measurement index of innovation ability according to the second chapter, and the influence factors on the formation of innovation ability, A total of 10 indicators for evaluating innovation ability were designed at four levels. And decided to adopt the factor analysis method which can determine the influence factor according to the main factor contribution rate to carry on the follow-up empirical research. (3) combined with the Hubei Province commercial bank general situation, In this paper, 13 commercial banks in Hubei Province are selected as the research samples. By collecting the relevant data, and according to the evaluation and analysis index proposed by the design, the paper uses SPSS analysis software to calculate and process the collected samples. It is concluded that the level of innovation of commercial banks is closely related to the degree of product innovation. At the same time, the level of innovation of state-owned commercial banks is better than that of joint-stock banks as a whole. (4) finally, the article is based on normative analysis and empirical analysis. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the financial innovation of commercial banks, including perfecting the financial innovation mechanism, paying attention to the innovation of product business, cultivating the innovation culture and increasing the technical input.
