【摘要】：盡管當(dāng)前我國糧食加工業(yè)利用外資尚未影響糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)安全,但外資利用中的突出問題正在加速累積影響未來糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的隱患。對外資糧食加工企業(yè)是否會影響糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的認(rèn)識分歧較大,缺乏遏制外資壟斷糧食加工業(yè)的具體抓手,外商投資管理存在缺陷,未能培育出抗衡外資企業(yè)的本土企業(yè)。建議調(diào)整糧食加工業(yè)的行業(yè)定性,防止糧食加工業(yè)形成壟斷型市場格局,加強(qiáng)外資企業(yè)監(jiān)管,加快培育本土糧食加工企業(yè)集團(tuán)。
[Abstract]:Although the utilization of foreign capital in grain processing industry in China has not yet affected the security of grain industry at present, the outstanding problems in the utilization of foreign capital are accelerating the accumulation of hidden dangers affecting the security of grain industry in the future. There are great differences on whether the foreign-funded grain processing enterprises will affect the safety of grain industry, the lack of specific measures to curb the foreign monopoly grain processing industry, the foreign investment management defects, failed to cultivate the local enterprises to counterbalance the foreign-funded enterprises. It is suggested to adjust the quality of grain processing industry, prevent the grain processing industry from forming a monopolistic market pattern, strengthen the supervision of foreign-funded enterprises, and speed up the cultivation of local grain processing enterprise groups.
