【摘要】:如今,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和城鄉(xiāng)一體化加快,發(fā)展農(nóng)村個(gè)人財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)具有重要的意義,它不僅可以拓寬農(nóng)民增收渠道,也有利于農(nóng)村金融市場(chǎng)的完善,從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來(lái)看,還能促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。洛陽(yáng)農(nóng)村信用社作為農(nóng)村金融的主力軍,卻至今未開辦個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)。為探索洛陽(yáng)農(nóng)村信用社個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展思路,本文利用文獻(xiàn)分析、調(diào)查研究、實(shí)證分析等研究方法,對(duì)與個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析,詳細(xì)調(diào)查洛陽(yáng)農(nóng)村信用社業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對(duì)洛陽(yáng)農(nóng)村信用社發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的特征的進(jìn)行研究借鑒。在此基礎(chǔ)上,指出洛陽(yáng)農(nóng)村信用社發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的意義,根據(jù)洛陽(yáng)農(nóng)村信用社在個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的主要問(wèn)題,提出具體的發(fā)展策略。本文從四個(gè)方面提出了洛陽(yáng)農(nóng)村信用社發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的具體發(fā)展策略,分別是個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、理財(cái)產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷、理財(cái)產(chǎn)品評(píng)價(jià)以及個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制。 本文分為五部分:第一章是前言,主要論述論文的研究背景和意義,介紹論文的研究思路、方法以及論文的內(nèi)容和框架,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn);第二章和第三章分析了洛陽(yáng)農(nóng)村信用社個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,以及發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)面臨的問(wèn)題;第四章從四個(gè)方面提出洛陽(yáng)農(nóng)村信用社個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展策略;隨后對(duì)論文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),指出論文的不足,對(duì)未來(lái)發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)提出建議。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urban-rural integration, it is of great significance to develop the business of individual wealth management in rural areas. It can not only broaden the channels for farmers to increase their income, but also be conducive to the improvement of the rural financial market. In the long run, It can also promote the construction of a new socialist countryside. Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative, as the main force of rural finance, has not set up personal finance business. In order to explore the development of personal finance business of Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign documents related to personal finance business by using the methods of literature analysis, investigation and empirical analysis. The development situation of Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperatives is investigated in detail, and the advantages and problems of Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperatives in the development of personal finance business are analyzed in detail. And domestic commercial banks personal finance business development characteristics of the study. On this basis, this paper points out the significance of the development of personal finance business in Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative, and puts forward specific development strategies according to the main problems existing in the development of personal finance business in Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative. This paper puts forward the specific development strategies of Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative to develop personal finance business from four aspects, namely, personal finance product research and development, financial product marketing, financial product evaluation and personal finance business risk control. This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the preface, mainly discusses the research background and significance of the paper, introduces the research ideas, methods, content and framework of the paper, and analyzes the relevant literature at home and abroad; The second and third chapters analyze the development of personal finance business of Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative, and the problems faced by the development of personal finance business, the fourth chapter puts forward the development strategy of personal finance business of Luoyang Rural Credit Cooperative from four aspects. Then the paper summarized, pointed out the shortcomings of the paper, and put forward suggestions for the future development of personal finance business.
