【摘要】:銀行是現(xiàn)代金融的核心,銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展對國家和地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。商業(yè)銀行是我國銀行業(yè)的主體,其核心競爭力決定我國金融業(yè)乃至經(jīng)濟發(fā)展能否保持持續(xù)增長的關(guān)鍵。目前我國商業(yè)銀行的業(yè)務(wù)和產(chǎn)品高度同質(zhì)化,,相較于國外同行的混業(yè)經(jīng)營,其分業(yè)經(jīng)營的滯后,傳統(tǒng)的存貸款業(yè)務(wù)仍然占主導(dǎo)地位等等,給國內(nèi)銀行的后續(xù)發(fā)展帶來諸多值得思考的問題。隨著銀行金融業(yè)市場準(zhǔn)入的逐步放寬,金融監(jiān)管力度的加大,金融市場的逐步規(guī)范化,銀行業(yè)市場競爭會更加激烈,競爭壓力與日俱增,現(xiàn)有銀行從經(jīng)營理念、發(fā)展模式和運營體系上都需要做出大的變革。制定切實有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,增強銀行的核心競爭力,成為銀行業(yè)應(yīng)對競爭、提高競爭力重點。 本文研究的主題是武漢商業(yè)銀行如何制定切實有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提高核心競爭力。而關(guān)于銀行核心競爭力的研究,近年來一直是學(xué)術(shù)界和銀行業(yè)的熱點,本文從銀行核心競爭力的理論入手,分析其內(nèi)涵和特征,結(jié)合商業(yè)銀行作為企業(yè)的特殊性,目前商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展機遇及挑戰(zhàn),運用統(tǒng)計學(xué)、金融學(xué)、管理學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,采用波特的“五力”模型分析法,以興業(yè)銀行武漢分行為例,分析興業(yè)銀行武漢分行外部競爭環(huán)境;運用戰(zhàn)略資源觀分析興業(yè)銀行武漢分行內(nèi)部發(fā)展環(huán)境,運用“SWOT”分析法分析了興業(yè)銀行武漢分行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定和實施,并對其實施的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出了相應(yīng)的對策和建議,希望能為其他銀行業(yè)同行提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Bank is the core of modern finance. The development of banking plays a vital role in national and regional economic development. Commercial banks are the main body of the banking industry in our country. Its core competitiveness determines whether the financial industry and even the economic development of our country can maintain the sustained growth. At present, the business and products of commercial banks in our country are highly homogenized, compared with the mixed operation of their counterparts abroad, the separation of business is lagging behind, and the traditional deposit and loan business still dominates, and so on. To the follow-up development of domestic banks brings a lot of problems worth thinking. With the gradual relaxation of market access for the banking industry, the intensification of financial supervision and regulation, the gradual standardization of the financial market, the competition in the banking market will become more intense and the competitive pressure will increase day by day. The development mode and the operation system both need to make the big change. To formulate effective development strategy to strengthen the core competitiveness of banks has become the key point for banks to cope with competition and improve competitiveness. The theme of this paper is how to formulate effective development strategy to improve the core competitiveness of Wuhan Commercial Bank. In recent years, the research on the core competence of banks has been a hot topic in academia and banking. This paper starts with the theory of core competitiveness of banks, analyzes its connotation and characteristics, and combines the particularity of commercial banks as enterprises. At present, the development opportunities and challenges of commercial banks are analyzed by using the relevant theories of statistics, finance and management, using Porter's "five forces" model analysis, taking the Wuhan Branch of Industrial Bank as an example. This paper analyzes the external competitive environment of Wuhan Branch of Industrial Bank of China, analyzes the internal development environment of Wuhan Branch of Industrial Bank of China with the view of strategic resources, and analyzes the formulation and implementation of the development strategy of Wuhan Branch of Industrial Bank of China with the method of "SWOT". And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for its implementation of development strategy, hoping to provide reference for other banking counterparts.
