【摘要】：農(nóng)村金融創(chuàng)新是城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展這一系統(tǒng)工程中的重要一環(huán)。由于農(nóng)村正規(guī)金融組織功能不全、農(nóng)村合作金融明顯缺位,農(nóng)村金融抑制正變得更加嚴重,供求矛盾更加突出,農(nóng)村金融創(chuàng)新在現(xiàn)實推進中難度極大。成都市在城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展中與其他改革措施相配合推進農(nóng)村金融創(chuàng)新,取得了一定成效。本文對成都市城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展中農(nóng)村金融創(chuàng)新的做法和成效進行全面分析,探討城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展與農(nóng)村金融創(chuàng)新之間的關(guān)系,力圖從中提煉出在城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展中推動農(nóng)村金融創(chuàng)新的一些普適性規(guī)律和經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:The rural financial innovation is an important part of the system engineering of urban and rural development . As the function of the rural formal financial organization is incomplete , the rural financial innovation becomes more serious , the rural financial innovation is becoming more serious , the contradiction of supply and demand is more prominent , the rural financial innovation is very difficult in the real progress . In this paper , the relationship between urban and rural integration development and rural financial innovation is discussed , and some universal laws and experiences for the rural financial innovation in the integrated development of urban and rural areas are explored .
