工商銀行陜西分行GX支行核心競爭力提升研究

【摘要】:自2001年中國加入世貿(mào)組織以來,隨著各種類型銀行的出現(xiàn),金融體制改革影響著我國銀行業(yè)進一步發(fā)展的方向。同時,這也深刻地改變著中國的銀行業(yè)。首先,銀行類型多樣化。各類外資銀行在我國設立分支機構。其次,銀行業(yè)務多元化。各種創(chuàng)新業(yè)務將銀行業(yè)發(fā)展到一個前所未有的高度,促使它們轉向通用金融機構。再次,銀行客戶出現(xiàn)分化。對于不同類型的客戶群體,每個銀行正試圖制定相應的金融服務方案?蛻艏毞謽酥局y行業(yè)已進入成熟發(fā)展的階段。 本文以核心競爭力的基本概念為出發(fā)點,對工商銀行核心競爭力的內(nèi)涵、特征及其構成要素等進行梳理和概括,為研究工商銀行陜西分行GX支行核心競爭力提供理論上的支持。首先對工商銀行陜西分行GX支行核心競爭力的內(nèi)涵及其內(nèi)容進行了界定,并對工商銀行陜西分行GX支行核心競爭力現(xiàn)狀、存在問題以及問題的成因進行了深入地剖析,通過SWOT分析法明確工商銀行陜西分行GX支行的競爭策略選擇。依據(jù)工商銀行核心競爭力的相關理論,結合行情實際,為中國工商銀行陜西省分行GX分支核心競爭力建設設計了方案。同時,為了使方案得以順利實施,提出了機制、人力和文化等三個方面的保障措施。最后,在綜合分析的基礎上,得出了文章的結論。 本文的研究重點是通過構建銀行競爭力評價的指標體系,利用層次分析法,從規(guī)模、盈利能力、資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量、管理能力和外部環(huán)境競爭力五個主要元素對中國工商銀行陜西分行GX支行進行具體評估,進一步明確了導致中國工商銀行陜西分行來GX分支缺乏競爭力的主要原因,比如服務效率低下、不良貸款率較高、缺乏創(chuàng)新等因素。最后提出了通過擴大資產(chǎn)規(guī)模,拓展利潤空間,提高資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量,加強內(nèi)部控制以有效地提升核心競爭力的措施。
[Abstract]:Since China joined the WTO in 2001, with the emergence of various types of banks, the reform of the financial system has affected the direction of further development of China's banking industry. At the same time, this also profoundly changes China's banking industry. First, the types of banks are diversified. All kinds of foreign banks set up branches in China. Second, the banking business diversification. Innovative businesses have pushed banking to an unprecedented height, prompting them to switch to general-purpose financial institutions. Again, bank customers appear differentiation. For different types of clients, each bank is trying to develop a corresponding financial services program. Customer segmentation indicates that the banking industry has entered a mature stage of development. Taking the basic concept of core competence as the starting point, this paper combs and generalizes the connotation, characteristics and components of the core competence of ICBC in order to provide theoretical support for the study of the core competence of GX Branch of ICBC Shaanxi Branch. Firstly, it defines the connotation and content of the core competence of the GX branch of ICBC Shaanxi Branch, and deeply analyzes the present situation, existing problems and causes of the problems in the GX Branch of ICBC Shaanxi Branch. Through SWOT analysis to determine the ICBC Shaanxi Branch GX Branch competitive strategy choice. According to the relevant theory of ICBC's core competence and market practice, this paper designs a scheme for the construction of core competence of ICBC Shaanxi Branch's GX branch. At the same time, in order to make the scheme carry out smoothly, this paper puts forward three aspects of safeguard measures: mechanism, manpower and culture. Finally, on the basis of comprehensive analysis, the conclusion of the article is drawn. The research focus of this paper is to build the index system of bank competitiveness evaluation, using AHP, from the scale, profitability, asset quality, The five main elements of management ability and external environmental competitiveness have made a concrete evaluation on the GX branch of ICBC Shaanxi Branch, further clarifying the main reasons for the lack of competitiveness of ICBC Shaanxi Branch in GX Branch. For example, service efficiency is low, non-performing loan rate is high, lack of innovation and other factors. Finally, the paper puts forward some measures to effectively enhance the core competitiveness by expanding the scale of assets, expanding profit space, improving the quality of assets and strengthening internal control.
