G公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)當(dāng)下已然成為中國(guó)證券業(yè)、金融業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)型的突破口。資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)在中國(guó)有近20年的發(fā)展歷程,是伴隨我國(guó)金融體制改革和與國(guó)際接軌逐漸發(fā)展起來的,具有龐大市場(chǎng)潛力的新興領(lǐng)域,而且資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)被業(yè)界公認(rèn)為“永恒的藍(lán)海”。2012年,中國(guó)財(cái)富市場(chǎng)總值100多億,每年以25%的速度遞增,可投資貨幣資產(chǎn)10萬美的高凈值人群,達(dá)280萬人。中國(guó)未來資產(chǎn)管理市場(chǎng)將會(huì)是新的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),也將會(huì)是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)最為激烈的領(lǐng)域。 資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是創(chuàng)新。資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)既有推出的理財(cái)產(chǎn)品,同時(shí)又針對(duì)高端客戶的財(cái)富管理個(gè)性化的投資組合,這就需要管理人能夠提出個(gè)性化的方案,依靠的個(gè)人智慧和經(jīng)驗(yàn),沒有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模板。所以資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力創(chuàng)新,只要不斷推陳出新,為客戶提供更優(yōu)的資產(chǎn)管理方案,才能在激烈的資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域獲得應(yīng)有的地位。同時(shí),資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)相比較其他金融業(yè)務(wù)尚處在探索階段,畢竟中國(guó)資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展還剛剛起步,市場(chǎng)發(fā)展到成熟階段尚需要時(shí)間。因此,我國(guó)資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展首要是提高質(zhì)量和擴(kuò)大影響。 G公司作為資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)起步較早,理念相對(duì)成熟、業(yè)務(wù)覆蓋廣的券商已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè),在信息化建設(shè)、財(cái)富管理領(lǐng)域引領(lǐng)行業(yè)發(fā)展。但是,G公司在資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)拓展中也面臨一些問題,這些問題既有我國(guó)資產(chǎn)管理制度不健全,資產(chǎn)管理市場(chǎng)尚處在培育期,資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)過于程式化,導(dǎo)致養(yǎng)老金等基礎(chǔ)基金難以進(jìn)入等宏觀性問題。也有企業(yè)自身的微觀性問題,券商創(chuàng)新能力不足、人員素質(zhì)不高、技術(shù)平臺(tái)落后等。針對(duì)G公司發(fā)展面臨的這些問題,運(yùn)用了SWOT分析法,對(duì)G公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境等要素進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,尤其是對(duì)資產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的無周期性判斷和未來龐大的財(cái)富管理市場(chǎng)預(yù)期都促使G公司堅(jiān)定加大資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的拓展,,這項(xiàng)判斷具有普遍性。 G公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的拓展需要宏觀環(huán)境更加開放和有序,可以預(yù)見,我國(guó)在資產(chǎn)管理市場(chǎng)政策上會(huì)不斷完善規(guī)制,尤其是要鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新上還將進(jìn)一步放寬;同時(shí),隨著我國(guó)中產(chǎn)階層的壯大及對(duì)財(cái)富管理的迫切需求,G公司根據(jù)自己的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)結(jié)合資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)趨勢(shì)金融需求產(chǎn)品化形式、金融電商化、金融業(yè)綜合化(集成一個(gè)賬戶,類似招行一卡通,客戶可以獲得一站式金融服務(wù),供應(yīng)方需要綜合業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái),可以疊加服務(wù)),提出了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融、機(jī)構(gòu)金融業(yè)務(wù)及財(cái)富管理,這三個(gè)領(lǐng)域?qū)?huì)是G公司未來改革和創(chuàng)新的核心所在。
[Abstract]:Asset management business has become a breakthrough in the innovation and transformation of China's securities industry and financial business. Asset management business has been developing in China for nearly 20 years. It is a new field with huge market potential, which has been developed with the reform of our financial system and the integration with the world. In 2012, China's wealth market was worth more than 10 billion, increasing at a rate of 25 percent a year, and investing in currency assets at a high net worth of $100000, reaching 2.8 million people. China's future asset management market will be a new profit growth point, and will be the most competitive area. The core competence of asset management business is innovation. The asset management business not only has launched the financial management product, but also aimed at the high-end customer's wealth management individualized investment portfolio, this needs the manager to be able to propose the individualized plan, relies on the personal wisdom and the experience, There is no standardized competition template. So the innovation of the core competitiveness of asset management business, as long as the continuous innovation, to provide customers with better asset management program, in order to get its due position in the fierce asset management business field. At the same time, compared with other financial business, asset management business is still in the exploratory stage. After all, the development of asset management business in China is still in its infancy, and it still takes time for the market to develop to mature stage. Therefore, the development of asset management business in China is mainly to improve the quality and expand the impact. The securities firms with wide coverage have become the leading enterprises in asset management in China, leading the development of the industry in the field of information construction and wealth management. However, company G also faces some problems in the development of asset management business. These problems include the imperfect asset management system in China, the fact that the asset management market is still in the developing period, and the asset management business is too stylized. Lead to pension and other infrastructure funds difficult to access such macro issues. There are also microcosmic problems of enterprises, such as insufficient innovation ability, low quality of personnel, backward technology platform and so on. In view of these problems faced by G Company, SWOT analysis method is used to compare and analyze the internal and external environment in the development of asset management business of G Company. In particular, the non-cyclical judgment of asset operations and the prospect of a huge wealth management market in the future have prompted company G to firmly expand its asset management business. This judgment is universal. The expansion of asset management business in G Company needs a more open and orderly macro environment. We can foresee that our country will constantly improve the regulation on the market policy of asset management. In particular, to encourage innovation will be further relaxed; at the same time, with the growth of the middle class and the urgent need for wealth management in our country, company G will combine its strategic development objectives with the trend of financial demand for the production form of asset management business trends. Financial e-commerce, financial integration (integration of an account, similar to a card, customers can obtain one-stop financial services, suppliers need integrated business platform, can superposition services), proposed Internet finance, Corporate finance and wealth management will be at the heart of G's future reforms and innovations.
