【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和金融自由化的發(fā)展,國際金融市場全球聯(lián)動性增強,在全球銀行業(yè)格局發(fā)生變化調(diào)整之際,中國商業(yè)銀行紛紛順應(yīng)形勢要求,實施跨國發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,打造中國銀行業(yè)國際化發(fā)展的未來藍(lán)圖。隨著我國加入世貿(mào)組織5年過渡期的結(jié)束,我國金融市場全面對外開放,外資銀行獲準(zhǔn)全面經(jīng)營人民幣業(yè)務(wù)。大量外資銀行進入中國金融市場,設(shè)立分支機構(gòu)或參股中國商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營,市場競爭加劇。我國商業(yè)銀行必須進一步加快國際化戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,加大國際化拓展步伐,增強在國際金融市場的競爭實力。中國經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長,人民幣國際化進程加快,經(jīng)濟危機后海外金融機構(gòu)市值被低估等因素也為我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展提供了良好契機。因此,對于進一步探討和研究中國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展問題具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。 銀行國際化既是指單個商業(yè)銀行的跨國發(fā)展,又包括整個金融體系從封閉走向開放的過程;既是指本國銀行業(yè)走出去參與國際競爭,也包括外資銀行進入本國金融市場。本文以中國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展模式作為研究對象,重點研究我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展模式選擇、業(yè)務(wù)選擇及區(qū)域選擇等問題。本文的研究注重從理論到實證、從整體到局部的邏輯思維方式,采用了定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,,構(gòu)建了關(guān)于我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展的模式效率模型,通過比較分析銀行國際化模式對其成本效益的相關(guān)性來歸納和演繹我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展模式選擇等問題。 本文通過對我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展模式現(xiàn)狀、特點及存在問題的分析,明確我國商業(yè)銀行的跨國經(jīng)營尚處在起步階段,主要是通過新建投資模式進入東道國市場。通過對美國、歐洲和日本等發(fā)達(dá)國家銀行業(yè)國際化發(fā)展模式的對比分析,結(jié)合匯豐銀行、花旗銀行等國際大型銀行跨國發(fā)展之路的經(jīng)驗借鑒,探討我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展模式選擇。從設(shè)立成本、機構(gòu)形式、業(yè)務(wù)范圍、準(zhǔn)入限制和風(fēng)險管理等方面分析了新建投資、跨國并購和合資經(jīng)營等模式的差異和影響因素。 本文綜合運用跨國并購理論、引導(dǎo)效應(yīng)學(xué)說、國際投資理論等作為解釋中國商業(yè)銀行國際化成本收益的理論基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)研究對象選取指標(biāo)變量,構(gòu)建了關(guān)于我國商業(yè)銀行國際化模式效率的數(shù)理模型,分別通過DEA模型、Malmquist指數(shù)和Tobit模型分析了我國主要商業(yè)銀行國際化前后效率變化及相關(guān)影響因素,比較了不同模式下效率的顯著性差異,借此分析影響我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展模式的相關(guān)要素,探尋適合我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展的效率模式。結(jié)果顯示,目標(biāo)銀行的資金盈利能力、國際化雙方經(jīng)貿(mào)水平和相似度、東道國市場的金融監(jiān)管環(huán)境、國際化時機的選擇與我國商業(yè)銀行國際化成本利潤率顯著相關(guān),是影響我國商業(yè)銀行國際化戰(zhàn)略實施的主要決定因素。 近年來國內(nèi)大多學(xué)者對中國商業(yè)銀行國際化效率問題進行研究,但很少從國際化模式選擇的角度分析銀行國際化成本收益問題。本文通過對效率模型的修正,基于銀行國際化模式選擇視角,分別在新建投資與跨國并購模式下分析銀行國際化效率變動情況,比較兩種模式對銀行成本收益的相關(guān)性,尋求最優(yōu)的效率模式。結(jié)果顯示,雖然我國主要通過新建投資模式進入目標(biāo)市場,但是跨國并購模式憑借優(yōu)勢互補、資源整合和協(xié)同效應(yīng)有效地降低了準(zhǔn)入成本,加速了對東道國市場的本土化經(jīng)營,是當(dāng)前國際銀行業(yè)跨國發(fā)展的主流模式。 國際金融危機后歐美金融市場陷入低迷,大型國際金融機構(gòu)市值縮水,而亞太新興市場經(jīng)濟持續(xù)增長,金融市場開放程度逐漸加強。本文在實證分析基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前國際金融市場發(fā)展態(tài)勢和我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展程度,提出了以跨國并購模式為主、以新建投資為輔、實時地選擇合資經(jīng)營模式的國際化發(fā)展路徑;提出了“壯大亞洲、鞏固歐洲、突破美洲”梯次推進的地域拓展策略;提出了通過混業(yè)并購實現(xiàn)我國商業(yè)銀行綜合化經(jīng)營的業(yè)務(wù)拓展模式。 商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展是一個循序漸進的過程,在不同的歷史發(fā)展階段實施的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和拓展模式也各不相同,不能一概而論?偨Y(jié)前文所述,本文提出了推進我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展的對策選擇:一是要根據(jù)區(qū)位優(yōu)勢確立地域?qū)嵤┲c,充分利用人民幣國際化發(fā)展機遇,合理地進行戰(zhàn)略布局;二是通過加強與國際銀行的合作,引進先進理念和人才,加強產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,加快我國商業(yè)銀行國際化轉(zhuǎn)型;三是加強與監(jiān)管當(dāng)局的合作,注重風(fēng)險的全面管理;四是加強國家對我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略引導(dǎo)和政策支持。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and financial liberalization, the global linkage of the international financial market has increased. In the change of the global banking pattern, China's commercial banks have conformed to the requirements of the situation, implemented the strategy of transnational development, and built the future blueprint for the internationalization of China's banking industry. With the transition of China's accession to the WTO for 5 years At the end of the period, China's financial market is fully open to the outside world, and foreign banks are allowed to operate the RMB business in an all-round way. A large number of foreign banks have entered the Chinese financial market, set up branches or participate in the operation of Chinese commercial banks, and the market competition is intensifying. To strengthen the competitive strength in the international financial market, the continuous growth of China's economy, the acceleration of the internationalization of the RMB and the undervaluation of the market value of the overseas financial institutions after the economic crisis have also provided a good opportunity for the international development of China's commercial banks. Therefore, it is necessary to further explore and study the problems of the international development of China's commercial banks. It has important theoretical and practical significance.
The internationalization of banks refers to the transnational development of a single commercial bank and the process of the whole financial system from closed to open. It refers to the international competition and the entry of foreign banks into the domestic financial market. This paper focuses on the study of the international development model of China's commercial banks. The international development model selection, business selection and regional selection of the commercial banks of China are focused on from the theory to the empirical, from the whole to the local logical thinking mode, and by the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and the model efficiency model about the internationalization of China's commercial banks is constructed. Correlation analysis of bank internationalization model on the cost benefit comparison of inductive and deductive development pattern of the internationalization of China's commercial banks and other issues.
Through the analysis of the current situation, characteristics and existing problems of the international development model of China's commercial banks, it is clear that the transnational operation of the commercial banks in China is still in the initial stage, mainly through the new investment model into the host country market. Through the comparative analysis of the international development model of the national banking industry of the United States, Europe and Japan, the development model of the national banks is made. According to HSBC, Citibank and other large international, Transnational Development Bank Road experience, to explore the internationalization development mode of China's commercial banks. From the cost of establishing a mechanism, form, business scope, access restrictions and risk management and other aspects of the new investment, factors of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures mode and influence.
This paper uses the theory of transnational merger and acquisition, the theory of guiding effect and the theory of international investment as the theoretical basis to explain the international cost and benefit of China's commercial banks. According to the selection of the target variables, the mathematical model of the efficiency of the international mode of commercial banks in China is constructed, which are through the DEA model, the Malmquist index and the Tobit model respectively. Based on the analysis of the efficiency changes and related factors before and after the internationalization of the major commercial banks in China, this paper compares the significant differences in the efficiency of different modes, analyzes the related factors affecting the international development model of China's commercial banks and explores the efficiency model suitable for the international development of commercial banks in China. The results show that the target banks are funded. Gold profitability, internationalization of bilateral trade and the level of similarity, the host market regulatory environment of financial internationalization, timing and internationalization of Chinese commercial banks cost profit rate was significantly related to mainly affect the decision of China commercial bank internationalization strategy implementation factors.
In recent years, most scholars in China have studied the international efficiency of China's commercial banks, but rarely analyze the international cost and benefit of banks from the perspective of the choice of international models. This paper, through the revision of the efficiency model, based on the choice of the mode of internationalization of the bank, analyzes the banks in the new investment and transnational mergers and acquisitions model respectively. The international efficiency changes, compare the correlation between the two models, and seek the best efficiency model. The result shows that although our country mainly enters the target market through the new investment model, the transnational merger model relies on the complementary advantages, the resource integration and the synergy effect can effectively reduce the access cost and accelerate the East to the East. Channel localization business market, is the main mode of transnational development of international banking.
After the international financial crisis, the European and American financial markets have fallen into the downturn, the market capitalization of the large international financial institutions is shrinking, and the emerging market economy of the Asia Pacific region continues to grow, and the opening of the financial market is gradually strengthened. China's M & a model is the main way, taking new investment as a supplement, selecting the international development path of the joint venture model in real time, and putting forward the regional expansion strategy of "strengthening Asia, consolidating Europe and breaking through America", and putting forward the business expansion mode of realizing the comprehensive management of China's commercial banks through mixed merger and acquisition.
The international development of commercial banks is a gradual process, and the development strategy and expansion mode implemented in different historical stages are different and can not be generalized. In this paper, the article puts forward the countermeasures to promote the international development of commercial banks in China: first, we should establish regional implementation support according to the regional advantages. The two is to strengthen the cooperation with the international banks, to introduce advanced ideas and talents, to strengthen product innovation and to accelerate the transformation of the international commercial banks in China; the three is to strengthen the cooperation with the regulatory authorities and to pay attention to the comprehensive management of the risks; and four to strengthen the state.
