【摘要】：清代末年至民國(guó)初年,中國(guó)錢(qián)莊業(yè)曾蓬勃發(fā)展,盛極一時(shí),但到了20世紀(jì)30年代初,曾經(jīng)輝煌的錢(qián)莊業(yè)迅速衰落。錢(qián)莊業(yè)執(zhí)掌中國(guó)金融界百年之久,但始終未曾蛻變?yōu)樾率姐y行,除了世界經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的沖擊、國(guó)民政府法幣改革等外部因素之外,錢(qián)莊本身的因素以及當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)環(huán)境的保守傾向也值得我們探討。在組織方面,傳統(tǒng)的合伙制以及無(wú)限責(zé)任經(jīng)營(yíng)方式無(wú)法使其吸收大批投資人,有礙錢(qián)莊擴(kuò)大股份,以形成上規(guī)模的股份公司的形態(tài)。此外,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)的傳統(tǒng)性,社會(huì)態(tài)度的保守傾向,家族中心組織上的限制,社會(huì)責(zé)任心的缺乏等因素,都在阻礙錢(qián)莊蛻變?yōu)樾率姐y行,因此不可避免地歸于消亡。
[Abstract]:From the end of Qing Dynasty to the beginning of the Republic of China, China's money bank industry developed rapidly and flourished for a while, but by the early 1930s, the once brilliant bank industry had declined rapidly. Although the banking industry has been in charge of China's financial sector for a hundred years, it has never changed into a new type of bank. Besides the impact of the world economic crisis, the reform of the national government's legal currency, and other external factors, The factors of the bank itself and the conservative tendency of the social environment at that time are also worth discussing. In the aspect of organization, the traditional partnership and unlimited liability management mode can not absorb a large number of investors, which hinders the bank to expand its shares to form the form of a large joint-stock company. In addition, the traditional form of social economy, the conservative tendency of social attitude, the restriction of family central organization and the lack of social responsibility are all hindering the transformation of money bank into new type bank, so it is inevitable to die out.
