【摘要】：正我國(guó)已經(jīng)具備了全面開展金融IC卡遷移工作的基礎(chǔ),金融IC卡不僅會(huì)改變中國(guó)人的刷卡方式,而且必將帶來銀行卡產(chǎn)業(yè)的全面升級(jí)從全球銀行卡產(chǎn)業(yè)的總體發(fā)展趨勢(shì)來看,銀行卡正在由磁條卡向IC卡方向遷移。一方面是因?yàn)殡S著產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,全球銀行卡欺詐風(fēng)險(xiǎn)損失金額也在不斷上升,必須通過發(fā)展IC卡
[Abstract]:Our country already has the foundation to carry out the financial IC card migration work in an all-round way. The financial IC card will not only change the Chinese way of swiping the card, but will certainly bring about an overall upgrading of the banking card industry from the overall development trend of the global banking card industry. The bank card is moving from magnetic stripe card to IC card. On the one hand, with the expansion of industry scale, the amount of fraud risk loss of global bank card is also rising, so we must develop IC card.
