【摘要】：“金融生態(tài)”是最早由周小川行長為解決目前我國存在的金融問題而提出的一個仿生概念，主要是指各類金融活動主體之間、金融活動主體與其外部生存環(huán)境之間通過長期分工、合作所形成的具有一定結(jié)構(gòu)特征，執(zhí)行一定功能作用的動態(tài)平衡系統(tǒng)。在研究金融生態(tài)問題時又衍生出了金融生態(tài)環(huán)境問題，即影響金融生態(tài)主體生存和發(fā)展的外部因素。其中主要的影響因素有經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、法制環(huán)境、中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)、教育等。自金融生態(tài)這一概念被提出后，就逐步成為國內(nèi)學(xué)者研究的熱點問題。但大多數(shù)的研究成果都停留在金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的理論研究方面，很少有研究會涉及金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的實證研究。云南經(jīng)濟(jì)的的發(fā)展既需要充分利用云南特有的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、資源優(yōu)勢和政策優(yōu)勢又要有強(qiáng)有力的金融支撐而金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的核心，金融的發(fā)展為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供充足的資金，在一定程度上促進(jìn)和推動著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。云南經(jīng)濟(jì)的的發(fā)展既需要充分利用云南特有的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、資源優(yōu)勢和政策優(yōu)勢又要有強(qiáng)有力的金融支撐。同時金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的好壞又會影響金融的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，故此金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的好壞就會對經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生間接的影響,在總結(jié)去國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究著作的基礎(chǔ)上，研究云南省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境對貫徹落實國務(wù)院的《國務(wù)院關(guān)于支持云南省加快建設(shè)面向西南開放重要橋頭堡的意見》有重要的意義，同時又能促進(jìn)云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 本文旨在結(jié)合云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的實際情況，選擇符合云南省的評價指標(biāo)體系，從而構(gòu)建出云南省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的評價體系，并針對評價結(jié)果提出一些改善和優(yōu)化云南省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的建議，使之能更好的促進(jìn)云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。首先，闡述了關(guān)于金融生態(tài)環(huán)境這一問題的研究背景和意義，并對國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行在論述，并在總結(jié)已有的理論研究著作基礎(chǔ)上提出了金融生態(tài)及金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的的內(nèi)涵。論述金融生態(tài)環(huán)境與金融生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的關(guān)系。其次闡述云南省目前經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，并結(jié)合云南省的實際情況，選取符合云南省實際情況的指標(biāo)，，構(gòu)建出金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的評價指標(biāo)體系。選取云南省2007-2012年的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)，對云南省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境進(jìn)行縱向分析，同時還對云南省各地的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境進(jìn)行評價，得出云南省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的評價結(jié)果。最后針對評價結(jié)果提出改善和優(yōu)化云南省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境，促進(jìn)云南經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:"Financial Ecology" is the first bionic concept put forward by the Governor of Zhou Xiaochuan to solve the financial problems existing in our country at present. The dynamic equilibrium system formed by the long-term division of labor and cooperation between the main body of financial activities and its external living environment has certain structural characteristics and performs certain functions. In the study of the financial ecological problems, the financial ecological environment problems, that is, the external factors that affect the survival and development of the financial ecological subjects, are derived. The main influencing factors are economic base, legal environment, intermediary services, education and so on. Since the concept of financial ecology was put forward, it has gradually become a hot issue for domestic scholars. However, most of the research results remain in the financial ecological environment theory research, few research will involve the financial ecological environment empirical research. The development of Yunnan's economy not only needs to make full use of Yunnan's unique regional advantages, but also needs strong financial support for its resource and policy advantages. Finance is the core of modern economic development, and the development of finance provides sufficient funds for economic development. To a certain extent, promote and promote economic development. The development of Yunnan economy not only needs to make full use of Yunnan's unique location advantages, but also needs strong financial support. At the same time, the quality of the financial ecological environment will also affect the steady development of finance. Therefore, the quality of the financial ecological environment will have an indirect impact on the coordinated development of the economy. On the basis of summing up the research works of domestic and foreign scholars, The study on the financial ecological environment of Yunnan Province is of great significance to the implementation of the State Council's opinion on supporting Yunnan to accelerate the construction of an important bridgehead for the southwest, and at the same time it can promote the coordinated development of Yunnan's economy. The purpose of this paper is to select the evaluation index system in line with Yunnan Province's economic and financial ecological environment, so as to construct the evaluation system of Yunnan's financial ecological environment. Some suggestions are put forward to improve and optimize the financial ecological environment of Yunnan Province so as to promote the coordinated development of Yunnan economy. First of all, the background and significance of the research on the financial ecological environment are expounded, and the current research situation at home and abroad is discussed. The connotation of financial ecology and financial ecological environment is put forward on the basis of summarizing the existing theoretical research works. This paper discusses the relationship between the financial ecological environment and the financial ecology and the coordinated development of the economy. Secondly, this paper expounds the current development of economic and financial ecological environment in Yunnan Province, and combines the actual situation of Yunnan Province, selects the indicators in line with the actual situation of Yunnan Province, and constructs the evaluation index system of financial ecological environment. Based on the statistical data of Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2012, the financial ecological environment of Yunnan Province is analyzed vertically, and the financial ecological environment of Yunnan Province is evaluated, and the evaluation results of financial ecological environment of Yunnan Province are obtained. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve and optimize the financial ecological environment and promote the coordinated development of Yunnan economy.
