【摘要】：正預(yù)期在未來若干年,美債危機(jī)還會(huì)經(jīng)常性發(fā)作,從而對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)構(gòu)成持續(xù)的嚴(yán)重的威脅,真可謂是高懸在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)頭上的一把"達(dá)摩克利斯之劍"國(guó)際三大評(píng)級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)之一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)普爾宣布將美國(guó)主權(quán)信用評(píng)級(jí)由AAA調(diào)低至AA+,接著又下調(diào)了"兩房"等與美國(guó)政府關(guān)系密切的金融機(jī)構(gòu)的信用評(píng)級(jí)。受此影響,全球資本市場(chǎng)慘遭重挫,包括亞太、歐洲和北美在內(nèi)的各大市場(chǎng)均出現(xiàn)深度調(diào)整,哀鴻遍野,G7國(guó)家也召開緊急會(huì)議商討對(duì)策,但依然無濟(jì)于事。盡管8月9日全球股市出現(xiàn)了反彈行情,但故事遠(yuǎn)未就此結(jié)束。
[Abstract]:It is expected that the United States debt crisis will continue to erupt regularly in the coming years, thus posing a continuing and serious threat to the world economy, Standard & Poor's, one of the top three international rating agencies hanging high on the world economy, has announced a downgrade of the US sovereign credit rating from AAA to AA. It then downgraded the credit ratings of financial institutions close to the U.S. government, such as Fannie and Freddie. As a result, global capital markets have been hit hard. Major markets, including Asia and the Pacific, Europe and North America, have all experienced deep adjustments, and emergency meetings have been held in all parts of the G7 to discuss measures, but this has not helped. Despite the August 9 rally, the story is far from over.
