GSYH蘇州分行人力資本優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:知識經(jīng)濟時代,人力資本在經(jīng)濟增長中的作用愈發(fā)顯著。隨著時代的發(fā)展,大型國有控股商業(yè)銀行唯有不斷優(yōu)化人力資本管理,切實提高人力資本的產(chǎn)出效能,并最終形成生產(chǎn)力,方能在市場競爭中贏得主動。 論文首先對研究背景、研究的意義和目的、研究的方法、思路、框架進行了交待。其次,對人力資本基本概念、人力資本的測量維度、勝任力模型、激勵理論、X理論、Y理論及Z理論、人力資本戰(zhàn)略管理理論等進行了概述,,在廣泛閱讀相關(guān)文獻和調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了GSYH蘇州分行人力資本管理現(xiàn)狀、問題及成因。第三,論文基于勝任力模型搭建GSYH蘇州分行人力資本優(yōu)化框架,從轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)肆Y本管理理念、構(gòu)建效能衡量指標體系、創(chuàng)新人力資本分析體系、完善人力資本激勵體系、改進人力資本培養(yǎng)體系等五個方面優(yōu)化人力資本管理。通過優(yōu)化人力資本管理,提升管理水平,達到企業(yè)與員工雙贏,提高GSYH蘇州分行整體經(jīng)營能力。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, human capital plays a more and more important role in economic growth. With the development of the times, the large state-owned holding commercial banks can win the initiative in the market competition only by continuously optimizing the management of human capital, improving the output efficiency of human capital, and finally forming productive forces. Firstly, the research background, significance and purpose, methods, ideas and framework of the research are explained. Secondly, the basic concept of human capital, measurement dimension of human capital, competency model, incentive theory X theory and Z theory, human capital strategic management theory are summarized. On the basis of extensive reading of relevant literature and investigation and analysis, this paper analyzes the present situation, problems and causes of human capital management in GSYH Suzhou Branch. Thirdly, based on competency model, the paper builds the optimization framework of human capital of GSYH Suzhou Branch, from changing the concept of human capital management, constructing the index system of efficiency measurement, innovating the analysis system of human capital, and perfecting the incentive system of human capital. Improve human capital training system and optimize human capital management. By optimizing the management of human capital and improving the management level, we can achieve win-win situation between the enterprise and the staff, and improve the overall management ability of GSYH Suzhou Branch.
