【摘要】：改革開放的30余年間,隨著我國對外開放程度的擴大,我國在全球生產(chǎn)和貿(mào)易中也承擔(dān)著越來越重要的角色。截止2011年,我國進出口總額首次突破3萬億美元的貿(mào)易大關(guān),實現(xiàn)36420億美元的貿(mào)易規(guī)模。蓬勃發(fā)展的對外貿(mào)易既體現(xiàn)了我國宏觀經(jīng)濟在這30年間趨勢良好的運行狀態(tài),同時也發(fā)過來拉動了國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟增長與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級。但通過分析我們得知,我國的進出口結(jié)構(gòu)、我國在新國際分工中所處的地位以及我國企業(yè)在全球價值鏈中所處的利益分配地位卻依然存在著很多提升的空間。因此,研究如何更好的優(yōu)化我國進出口結(jié)構(gòu),使我國在全球價值鏈中獲得更大的收益有著很強的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文從提高中國國際投資地位以及提高中國在新國際分工地位兩方面來進行研究。首先通過對我國國際投資頭寸實證分析,解釋了影響中國國際投資地位變化的各種因素。其次,對新國際分工理論和是現(xiàn)實發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行了詳細(xì)的闡述,說明了跨國公司FDI對于改善我國新國際分工地位的重要作用。繼而把二者聯(lián)系起來,提高中國國際投資地位和新國際分工地位是正相關(guān)的、統(tǒng)一的。最后根據(jù)研究得出的結(jié)論,結(jié)合中國目前的實際情況,為我國如何提高國際投資地位、更好的參與新國際分工提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:In the more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China is playing a more and more important role in global production and trade with the expansion of China's opening to the outside world. By 2011, the total import and export volume of our country broke through the 3 trillion dollar trade mark for the first time, and realized the trade scale of 3.642 trillion dollars. The vigorous development of foreign trade not only reflects the good running state of China's macroeconomic trend in the past 30 years, but also stimulates the domestic economic growth and industrial upgrading. However, through the analysis, we know that there is still a lot of room for improvement in China's import and export structure, our country's position in the new international division of labor and the position of our enterprises in the distribution of benefits in the global value chain. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study how to optimize the structure of China's import and export and to make our country gain more profits in the global value chain. This paper studies China's international investment status and China's position in the new international division of labor. Firstly, through the empirical analysis of China's international investment position, this paper explains the factors that influence the change of China's international investment position. Secondly, the development of the new international division of labor theory and reality is elaborated in detail, and the important role of FDI in improving the position of new international division of labor in China is explained. Then it is positive correlation and unification to improve China's position of international investment and new international division of labor. Finally, according to the conclusion of the study, combined with the actual situation in China, the paper puts forward some policy recommendations on how to improve the status of international investment and better participate in the new international division of labor.
