【摘要】：十二五期間，國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值增長目標(biāo)略微調(diào)低，工作重點(diǎn)放到加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、切實(shí)提高經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量和效益上來，以利于實(shí)現(xiàn)更長時(shí)期、更高水平、更好質(zhì)量發(fā)展。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)是經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的重中之重，也是實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必經(jīng)之路，“十二五”期間，產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)也到了關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，而金融發(fā)展對產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的影響也將發(fā)揮更大的作用。金融作為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心，其本質(zhì)是在資金需求者與供給者之間建立橋梁，提供資金由盈余部門向短缺部門轉(zhuǎn)化的渠道。金融資源的配置會(huì)對宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行狀況和微觀企業(yè)的運(yùn)行效果產(chǎn)生重大影響，，在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中發(fā)揮至關(guān)重要的作用。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、轉(zhuǎn)化和升級(jí)都離不開金融的支持與協(xié)同發(fā)展。本文歸納總結(jié)了該領(lǐng)域國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，梳理了金融發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)概念及理論基礎(chǔ)，對我國金融發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的歷程和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，隨后運(yùn)用實(shí)證研究分析了金融發(fā)展支持產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的實(shí)際情況，在理論研究和實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上，針對我國金融發(fā)展支持產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the GDP growth target was slightly lowered, and the focus of the work was on speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development and improving the quality and efficiency of economic development, so as to facilitate the realization of a longer period, a higher level, and a better quality development. The upgrading of industrial structure is the most important part of economic transformation and the only way to realize sustainable development. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, industrial upgrading has also reached a critical period, and the impact of financial development on industrial upgrading will also play a greater role. As the core of modern economy, the essence of finance is to build a bridge between the demanders and the suppliers, and to provide the channels for the transformation of funds from surplus to shortage. The allocation of financial resources will have a great impact on the operation of macro-economy and micro-enterprises, and will play a vital role in the adjustment of industrial structure. The adjustment, transformation and upgrading of industrial structure are inseparable from financial support and coordinated development. This paper summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad in this field, combs the related concepts and theoretical basis of financial development and industrial structure, and analyzes the course and present situation of financial development and industrial structure upgrading in China. Then the paper analyzes the actual situation of financial development supporting industrial structure upgrading by empirical research, and puts forward some relevant policy recommendations for China's financial development support industrial structure upgrading on the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis.
