【摘要】：現(xiàn)有文獻表明,不同行業(yè)的跨國公司對于東道國知識產(chǎn)權保護水平的敏感程度不同,相比于勞動密集型的公司,一國知識產(chǎn)權保護水平的提高對于技術密集型的跨國投資有更大的促進作用,因而會改善一國的FDI質(zhì)量。本文以中國1998—2007年的制造業(yè)細分行業(yè)層面FDI數(shù)據(jù)為研究對象,分析了中國知識產(chǎn)權保護對不同行業(yè)FDI的影響。研究結果表明,在其他條件保持不變的情況下,中國知識產(chǎn)權保護的提高對于技術和資本密集型的FDI有較大的促進作用,知識產(chǎn)權保護保護水平的提高起到了改善中國FDI的質(zhì)量和優(yōu)化FDI結構的作用。
[Abstract]:Existing literature shows that multinational corporations in different industries have different sensitivities to the level of intellectual property protection in host countries, compared with labor-intensive companies. The improvement of the level of intellectual property protection of a country has a greater role in promoting technology-intensive transnational investment, which will improve the quality of FDI in a country. This paper analyzes the impact of intellectual property protection on FDI of different industries based on the FDI data of manufacturing segments in China from 1998 to 2007. The results show that, while other conditions remain unchanged, the improvement of China's intellectual property rights protection has a greater role in promoting technology and capital-intensive FDI. The improvement of intellectual property protection has improved the quality of China's FDI and optimized the structure of FDI.
