國(guó)內(nèi)外消費(fèi)金融公司比較研究

【摘要】:縱觀世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的規(guī)律,,高投資率推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)是一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展初期的顯著特征,而當(dāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展到一定水平時(shí),經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)力將由供給轉(zhuǎn)向需求、由投資拉動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)向消費(fèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)。當(dāng)前,世界主要發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家基本上都是消費(fèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)型經(jīng)濟(jì),居民最終消費(fèi)對(duì)一國(guó)GDP增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)很大。受歷史因素和國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的影響,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨著消費(fèi)難以全面啟動(dòng)的難題。突出地表現(xiàn)在,消費(fèi)水平不高,消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)緩慢,消費(fèi)金融發(fā)展的程度較低。在我國(guó),商業(yè)銀行一般都關(guān)注于大公司、大行業(yè)的大額貸款業(yè)務(wù),其消費(fèi)貸款一般也主要集中于住房和汽車等大額消費(fèi)金融,而額度較小的臨時(shí)性消費(fèi)金融難以納入其視野。2009年7月,中國(guó)銀監(jiān)會(huì)頒布了《消費(fèi)金融公司試點(diǎn)管理辦法》,啟動(dòng)消費(fèi)金融公司試點(diǎn)工作。消費(fèi)金融公司的設(shè)立,能夠提供更多的金融服務(wù),這對(duì)于促進(jìn)消費(fèi)需求的增長(zhǎng),有效發(fā)揮消費(fèi)需求對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的拉動(dòng)作用,具有積極的意義。但是,我國(guó)消費(fèi)金融公司正處于起步階段,與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還有很大差距,需積極借鑒國(guó)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)來促進(jìn)自身的發(fā)展;诖,本文采用理論分析和對(duì)比分析相結(jié)合的手段,分析美日歐消費(fèi)金融公司的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),總結(jié)其經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),找出我國(guó)消費(fèi)金融公司發(fā)展的不足,并據(jù)此為我國(guó)消費(fèi)金融公司的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Looking at the laws of world economic development, the high investment rate driving economic growth is a remarkable feature of a country's economic development at the beginning of its economic development, and when the economy develops to a certain level, the power of economic growth will shift from supply to demand. From investment-driven to consumption-driven. At present, the main developed countries in the world are basically consumption-driven economy, and the final consumption of residents contributes a lot to the growth of GDP in a country. Influenced by historical factors and economic environment at home and abroad, China's economic development is facing a difficult problem that consumption is difficult to start in an all-round way. Outstanding performance is, consumption level is not high, consumption grows slowly, the degree that consumer finance develops is low. In China, commercial banks generally pay attention to the large loan business of large companies and large industries, and their consumer loans are generally mainly concentrated in large consumer finance, such as housing and automobiles. In July 2009, China Banking Regulatory Commission promulgated the "measures for the pilot Management of Consumer Finance companies" to start the pilot work of consumer finance companies. The establishment of consumer finance companies can provide more financial services, which has positive significance for promoting the growth of consumer demand and effectively exerting the pulling effect of consumer demand on economic growth. However, China's consumer finance companies are in their infancy, and there is still a big gap with developed countries, so we need to actively learn from foreign experience to promote their own development. Based on this, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the development of consumer finance companies in the United States, Japan and Europe, summarizes their experiences and lessons, and finds out the shortcomings of the development of consumer finance companies in China by means of combining theoretical analysis with comparative analysis. Based on this, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the healthy and sustainable development of consumer finance companies in China.
