【摘要】:商業(yè)銀行作為中國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的基礎(chǔ),是否能夠良好的運(yùn)營(yíng)直接關(guān)系到國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)其他行業(yè)的發(fā)展。2007年全球金融危機(jī)席卷而來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展減緩,銀行監(jiān)管愈來(lái)愈嚴(yán),我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展也受到了一定影響,因此本文重點(diǎn)研究2007后中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)行情況,同時(shí)解釋發(fā)生這種變化的原因,總結(jié)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)和發(fā)展存在問(wèn)題,由此提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。 由于整體商業(yè)銀行數(shù)據(jù)存在數(shù)據(jù)缺失,16家上市銀行總資產(chǎn)占全行業(yè)80%以上,故以16家上市銀行為重點(diǎn)研究對(duì)象,,結(jié)合環(huán)比動(dòng)態(tài)分析法、比率分析法和因子分析法,重點(diǎn)分析了行業(yè)資產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)、負(fù)債業(yè)務(wù)和中間業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)行情況、影響因素,然后對(duì)全行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效予以評(píng)價(jià),最后得出:一是利率市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程加快及國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)下滑導(dǎo)致商業(yè)銀行依靠傳統(tǒng)資產(chǎn)負(fù)債業(yè)務(wù)獲取高利息凈收入的壓力不斷增強(qiáng),最近5年資產(chǎn)務(wù)增速回落,資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)配置更加靈活;二是隨著銀監(jiān)會(huì)管制越發(fā)嚴(yán)厲,商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)始走向規(guī)范化、健康化發(fā)展道路,商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)增速暫時(shí)出現(xiàn)放緩,仍有巨大發(fā)展?jié)摿;三是我?guó)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況良好,2007-2012年期間整體呈上升趨勢(shì),其中2012年經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效得分較上年微降,商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型迫在眉睫。總體來(lái)講,金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)后,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行展現(xiàn)較好的應(yīng)對(duì)態(tài)度并采取了適當(dāng)防范措施,整體運(yùn)營(yíng)態(tài)勢(shì)良好。
[Abstract]:As the foundation of China's national economic system, whether commercial banks can operate well or not is directly related to the development of other sectors of the national economy. The global financial crisis in 2007 has brought about a slowdown in the economic development of our country, and banking supervision has become more and more stringent. The development of commercial bank business in China has also been affected to some extent. Therefore, this paper focuses on the operation of Chinese commercial bank business after 2007, explains the reasons for this change, and summarizes the problems existing in the operation and development of commercial bank business in China. Accordingly, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Because of the lack of data in the whole commercial bank data, the total assets of 16 listed banks account for more than 80% of the total assets of the whole industry. Therefore, the 16 listed banks are taken as the key research object, combined with the dynamic analysis method of the ring ratio, the ratio analysis method and the factor analysis method. The paper mainly analyzes the operation of assets, liabilities and intermediate business, and the influencing factors, and then evaluates the performance of the whole business. Finally, it is concluded that: first, the accelerated process of marketization of interest rates and the steady decline of the domestic economy have led to increasing pressure on commercial banks to rely on traditional asset-liability businesses to earn high net interest income, and the growth rate of asset services has slowed down in the last five years. Second, with the regulation of CBRC becoming more strict, the intermediate business of commercial banks began to be standardized and healthy, and the growth rate of intermediate business of commercial banks slowed down temporarily, and there is still great potential for development. Third, the commercial bank business in our country is in good condition. During the period of 2007-2012, the business performance score in 2012 is slightly lower than that in the previous year, so the business transformation of commercial bank is imminent. Generally speaking, after the financial crisis broke out, Chinese commercial banks showed a good attitude and took appropriate preventive measures, and the overall operational situation was good.
